Baita al Doss is always a guarantee.
First of all, the restaurant is large and has plenty of space, so they always manage to find a spot even for a table of 6-8 people!
Then, the location is truly charming, with paintings and objects that evoke the typical mountain environment.
The food is excellent! Special mention goes to the mushroom-infused egg powder on cheese fondue: a must-try! A second mention goes to the grandmother's fillet steak: incredibly tender, cooked in butter and with a smoky flavor that makes it a simple yet time-honored dish, amazing!
The grilled meat is also absolutely excellent!
Finally, the service is fast, friendly, and always willing to accommodate our needs!
PS: In the bread basket, you'll find small twisted buttered breadsticks that you won't be able to do without: they're addictive!

The entire village is beautiful, and the restaurant has a typical mountain style. We ate very well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The portions were a bit small for us; the mountain air makes us hungry.

Perfection for the place, for the food, for the service and allow me for the location. Dinner with my best friend in a really beautiful setting. The young lady who served us was very competent and above all patient because my friend and I are two pains in the ass. The price was perhaps even too low compared to the raw materials that were served to us. The house wine was excellent. 100% recommended

Now the boys are making some changes to the menu... truly remarkable!
I have been frequenting this place for several years with great pleasure and it is nice to see its evolution always strongly linked to local tradition
Ezio and his family number 1!
The traditional and well-cooked dishes are excellent, the sloppy ones are fantastic... for me the best in the valley and the legendary tagliolini with nettle are delicious
I recommend it.. to try!!

Atmosfera retrò ma davvero piacevole, personale gentile e competente, piatti molto ricercati ma legati alla tradizione. Ottima materia prima.
