Ristorante Baires In Roma

The meat is spectacular and the desserts are delicious.

We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, and even though we didn't have a reservation, we managed to get a table for two, albeit in a less than convenient location. It worked out very well anyway. The staff is truly welcoming and courteous, and you can sense a good working atmosphere. So we asked for recommendations based on our tastes. Obviously, the meat dominated the menu, which was perhaps quite extensive, so we were a bit lost in choosing our dishes. It was our first time trying Argentine cuisine, and it was an experience we'd been longing for, so we can't compare it to other restaurants. However, what we ate was enjoyable: generous portions and not overly spicy, so it was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited to our tastes. Well done.

The meat is super good. 100% recommended. The rib-eye steak was perfect.

I've known it for years and love it! From the appetizers (I recommend the cheese parcel), to a simple but delicious entrecote with chips if I'm alone, to a hearty mixed grill if there's a group of us, the meat is always top-quality, with the rich, intense flavor typical of Argentine beef. The desserts are also delicious; I often order the cinnamon rice pudding. The service is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent meat empanada, delicious Angus mixto oooo, fried cassava to taste, melting alfajor dessert with hot mate... the baires salad is also delicious but it's for lunch.

Realmente excelente carne, sabrosa, y la saben preparar como se le pide. Muy buena atención. Buen ambiente Comimos siempre el vacío.

Sabato a pranzo, tra amici, ci siamo concessi un viaggio culinario nel cuore di Roma, approdando da Baires. Che dire? Un'esperienza che ci ha totalmente conquistato! 😍 Abbiamo iniziato con delle empanadas che erano una vera delizia, un assaggio autentico di sapori argentini. Ma il vero protagonista è stato il filetto di angus: semplicemente eccezionale! Una carne tenera, saporita e cotta alla perfezione, che si scioglieva in bocca ad ogni boccone. 🤤 E per concludere in bellezza, il loro tortino ripieno di cioccolato con panna e crumble di lamponi era la degna conclusione di un pranzo perfetto. Un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze che ci ha lasciato senza parole! 🍫🍓 La qualità delle portate è indiscutibile, si percepisce la cura nella scelta degli ingredienti e la passione per la cucina argentina. 💯 Se avete voglia di un'autentica esperienza argentina a Roma, con una carne di altissima qualità e sapori che vi faranno viaggiare, Baires è il posto giusto!
