Very nice steak. The Yaguá Hacú was good too. Too full to try the desserts, but they looked good too!

If you want to see smiling waiters in Italy, go to this Argentinian restaurant. We've been to a thousand places in Rome, and only there have we been served with a smile. The steak is top-notch. I'm Argentinian, and the quality and the level of the meat were worth it: Angus, asado, skirt steak, chorizo, etc. They have Fernet, Merlot, Quilmes, you name it... Tramontina knives!

My favorite restaurant in Rome. The food is excellent. The menu is faithful to Argentine cuisine. The staff is super nice and friendly. We've been going there for almost three years and I always recommend it.

An amazing restaurant with authentic Argentinian food. The meat was succulent and delicious and fell off the bone. The menu is wide and varied with something for everyone. It's a little bit expensive - but you get what you pay for with generous helpings all round and friendly, helpful staff.

Sabato a pranzo, tra amici, ci siamo concessi un viaggio culinario nel cuore di Roma, approdando da Baires. Che dire? Un'esperienza che ci ha totalmente conquistato! 😍 Abbiamo iniziato con delle empanadas che erano una vera delizia, un assaggio autentico di sapori argentini. Ma il vero protagonista è stato il filetto di angus: semplicemente eccezionale! Una carne tenera, saporita e cotta alla perfezione, che si scioglieva in bocca ad ogni boccone. 🤤 E per concludere in bellezza, il loro tortino ripieno di cioccolato con panna e crumble di lamponi era la degna conclusione di un pranzo perfetto. Un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze che ci ha lasciato senza parole! 🍫🍓 La qualità delle portate è indiscutibile, si percepisce la cura nella scelta degli ingredienti e la passione per la cucina argentina. 💯 Se avete voglia di un'autentica esperienza argentina a Roma, con una carne di altissima qualità e sapori che vi faranno viaggiare, Baires è il posto giusto!
