Delicious food, excellent staff, will be back

5-star location, given that you dine directly on the sea. 5-star service of impeccable professionalism, but I would give 10 stars to the food if there were any, because dining here at Babette is a unique experience of the 5 senses. having chosen a tasting menu I didn't expect such perfect service. Each course is beautiful to look at initially, then the aromas delight your sense of smell but when you taste it you reach the pinnacle of perfection. You also think about the fact that the dishes are not I'll fill you up but I got to the end and was more than satisfied, and I'm a person who eats a lot. A Michelin restaurant, you really deserve the excellent ratings.

I have rarely given 5 out of 5 stars to the environment, service and food (how nice it was to play at being Alessandro Borghese!). The location is amazing, on the sea, facing Gallinara: beauty. The service is pleasant and organized in detail: punctual. The food: sensationally good! The anchovy casket is the best appetizer of my last two years. The dishes, well presented, finally satisfying in the generous portions (yes, it is possible to combine a beautiful presentation with a satisfactory dosage). Luxurious desserts. They too are generous, but once in a while brushing a dessert with a spoon, as true gourmands, is a good and right thing! The prices are more than honest considering what was previously written and the excellent quality of the raw materials, live work and execution. Only kudos for a meal that reminded me of Babette's Feast.

Directly on the beach in front of the island of Gallinara. Excellent place with an incredible view which is appreciated even better in this winter period. Attentive and precise staff. Generous and quality portions. Good wine list. Compliments to the chef for the spaghetti from Gragnano, garlic, oil and chilli pepper with squid and grated bottarga, a star chef's dish. Advised.
