Private parking, excellent cleanliness, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent seafood in the evening. The location is great, and the rooms are very large and clean, certainly considering the price and the 3-star hotel. Of course, the city isn't pretty, and the view from the room isn't great, but for us, it was a place to sleep, not admire the views. The price was incredibly low. We paid less than 60 euros (including city tax) for a double room, with breakfast and parking included. We were also able to leave our car there the entire next day without an extra charge. The service was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but filling. There was plenty to eat. The only things missing were the heating in the room, which was too hot, and the hairdryer was broken, but we couldn't complain. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent!

For work, I've been staying at the hotel a couple of nights a week since mid-October. This hotel is an excellent choice. The service and customer service are top-notch.

A truly welcoming hotel in a strategic location for visiting Venice. The Venezia Mestre train station is just steps away, and the hotel has a parking lot where you can leave your car. The rooms are clean and modern.

4-night stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff, one of whom gave us tips on how to get around easily, including transportation options, etc. The hotel has a bus stop 50m away for the return trip from Venice and another 100m away for the departure trip (10 minutes to Piazza Roma). The train station is a 10-minute walk away. Clean, quiet room, comfortable bedding. Decent breakfast, but nothing special (with savory/sweet options). A little more variety would be welcome. It's worth noting that gluten-free diets are catered for with appropriate products (please indicate when booking or at check-in). A good experience for visiting Venice with affordable accommodations.

A budget hotel, nothing special, run by Indians. The rooms are okay, with clean towels, soap, shower gel, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. There are few power outlets, and the deluxe room is quite small. It's rather quiet in the evenings, with a slight noise from traffic. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was terrible; I've never experienced anything like it. Toast, croissants, disposable jams, yogurt, two kinds of stale cheese and salami, and that's about it. The juice in the dispenser was fermented, tap water, and powdered coffee. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating there. The hotel is okay for a short trip, but it shouldn't even be a 3-star hotel. A good place to visit Venice, 5 minutes from the station. I recommend walking directly to the station via the underpass, rather than through the dingy tunnel at the end of the station. The station tunnel is a street away.
