A budget hotel, nothing special, run by Indians. The rooms are okay, with clean towels, soap, shower gel, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. There are few power outlets, and the deluxe room is quite small. It's rather quiet in the evenings, with a slight noise from traffic. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was terrible; I've never experienced anything like it. Toast, croissants, disposable jams, yogurt, two kinds of stale cheese and salami, and that's about it. The juice in the dispenser was fermented, tap water, and powdered coffee. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating there. The hotel is okay for a short trip, but it shouldn't even be a 3-star hotel. A good place to visit Venice, 5 minutes from the station. I recommend walking directly to the station via the underpass, rather than through the dingy tunnel at the end of the station. The station tunnel is a street away.

A very pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very good food (only the scrambled eggs need improvement =))))), clean and functional rooms. The location is excellent - an 8-minute walk from the train station. The bus to Venice is just across the street. I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely stay there again. Best regards.

Hotel in a great location, bus stop next to the hotel. Where does the bus to Venice leave from? The hotel is clean, there is an elevator, breakfasts are okay, service is also good. Parking in the yard is a big advantage.

I really liked this hotel. We booked room 109 and we found a nice and clean room. The air conditioner could be cooler. The breakfast was included and it was really nice. It was the same every morning, but diverse. You really had options. Also, the coffee was really good. The lunch and dinner are amazing. Not just the pasta! Everything! They also have a bar and we liked the Tequila sunrise and the mojito we ordered. Hands down to ALL the employees from the hotel, but a special recognition goes to the waiter. If all the personnel there could easily be ranked a 5 stars hotel ones, the waiter has an extra star because of his attitude and attention. He was always there to asist with recommendation regarding what wine to match the meal, what to get based on our likes and dislikes, was always checking on us, and so on. Thank you for that! The hotel is close to the bus stations, trains station air airport shuttle station, although you have to go thru a passage which can be a bit uncomfortable during the night. We took 6 or 6L to reach the Venice island. Lidl is close as well. We strongly recommend the Venice pass when visiting. It offers you plenty of benefits.

Friendly and helpful staff. We traveled with bicycles, and they made it very easy for us to store them.

For the price, the hotel is good value, with parking and proximity to a bus stop, which runs frequently to the center of Venice. Breakfast is modest.

Perfect accomodation for a short trip at Venezia. Very kind staff, very clean rooms. Perfect location train station 3 minutes, train road is 11 minutes.

Hotel in Marghera, near Venice. A 3-minute walk to the train station and an 11-minute train ride to Venice. You can also take the bus 100 meters from the hotel. Excellent breakfast and private parking with a gate included in the price.

A good, simple hotel with good connections to Venice. The rooms are spacious, although the bathroom is catastrophic. Every shower floods the bathroom.
