Very clean rooms, comfortable and comfortable bed.
The breakfast was basic, but could be improved.

Excellent hotel for a short stay and a visit to Venice. Strong points are the location, closed free parking, spacious rooms and good service. Lots of explanations for visiting Venice. Strong WiFi. Everything is neat. The only downside is the breakfast, substandard.

Great location, near the bus station. Great price, awesome staff, impecable hospitality and a very clean and well equipped room, with AC digital control, tea machine with lots of tea bags complementary, comfortable beds and good storage space.
I absolutely reccomend this hotel for a trip to Venice!

The staff is super kind and friendly! The rooms are very nice, new and spacious. Very comfortable beds. And the bathrooms are new and modern. The breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend it! . Well-guarded private parking. I can only say positive things! I will definitely go back, because I really enjoyed myself!

This is the best hotel during my trip in Italy. The lady at front desk is really nice, breakfast is delicious, the room is nice and clean. This becomes parts of my good memory in Venice, and I will definitely suggest this hotel to my friends.

Perfect for visiting Venice easily and at a good price. Very friendly staff. The top floor does not have elevator access. Destination included buffet style that was very good in terms of variety and quantity

Clean, warm, spacious, breakfast included, parking included, good price, close proximity to Venice. I would suggest more variety for breakfast, especially if you stay longer than 1 night. And a bigger shower cabin.

- Great location for exploring Venice, 600 meters from the station and 300 meters from the bus stop (return stop right in front of the hotel)
- Super nice and communicative service. The receptionist explained everything thoroughly and gave useful tips.
- Very clean and large room
- Free hotel parking with direct access to the elevator
- Good breakfast
- The facility met or exceeded my expectations in every aspect
