Hotel is located short walk distance from train station, which takes you to the Venice Room we had very spacious, with kettle and small fridge Breakfast with good selection The only minus was kettle, to use it I had to place on the floor to nearest socket

This hotel worth every cent. The Italian receptionist was very nice and helpful, he even let us park the car for one more day even if we made the checkout. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and what can I say it’s was really nice, especially the octopus. The hotel is near to the bus station, like 2 minutes (line 6 or 6L to get to Venice), and in less then 15 minutes you’re in Venice. I recomand this hotel, we will 100% come back!

Recommended hotel for location, management and cleanliness. Breakfast completely needs rethinking in terms of quality, quantity and variety. I've looked at hotels all over the peninsula and in European capitals but I've never had a breakfast like this!

The breakfast is exactly the same all the time. No variety, no vegetables, no fruits. Very limited choice of dishes. The staff is very polite and willing to help. Spacious room, but slightly lacking in equipment. Great location.

Area is perfect, quiet and bus stops really close, very nice staff but we stayed in the loft where its so hot and you could hear every move in the other rooms, even sneeze, snoring etc. bonus there was breakfast which was nice but a small amount, no refills within the hours mentioned for it. Room was clean, big bathroom

The room was spacious, warm, and clean. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was a small flaw, as you could hear everything going on and being said in the room next to yours. Breakfast was a bit simple; perhaps a larger selection of pastries or a cake to choose from would make the buffet a bit more comprehensive. We also took advantage of the restaurant service for dinner and were very satisfied. It's an excellent base for exploring Venice; the bus stop is just steps from the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Unfortunately, breakfast was nonexistent. We arrived at 9:00, and there was very little to eat. Since breakfast lasts until 10:30, I'm not sure what those who arrived after us found. The rooms were also poorly soundproofed, but it wasn't much of a bother.

It was a wonderful experience, and the customer service was excellent! We definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, being close to the station, and it also has parking. The room was super spacious, and the heating was on when we arrived, which was very nice! A complete and perfect breakfast to start the day.

A very nice hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the cleanliness is excellent. The price/quality ratio is excellent, definitely worth it. A big plus is the closed parking lot and the very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, close to Venice and very close to public transportation, making sightseeing easy. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return!

One of the best places to stay, and I recommend it as it's close to Venice. The breakfast is average, the rooms are clean, and overall it's excellent and quiet. The third floor is a great experience, and it's warm in winter.
