Located close to the historic center, it offers truly breathtaking views from both the rooms and the restaurant. The offerings have recently been expanded to include regular show cooking. The paella and wine tasting were an interesting experience. Truly excellent.

Two positives The location, excellent for the view and proximity to the center... The kindness and friendliness of the staff, always attentive to our every need... Negatives Dated and dirty rooms, bed made with sheets on the pillows, not even moved after the night. In three nights, they never cleaned the floor. The dining room was cold and had drafty windows. Added to which, the room assigned to me was occupied when I arrived, and several of my friends had to change rooms due to various problems.

I tried the tagliatelle with tomato sauce and it was simply spectacular: flavorful, well-seasoned, and with an authentic taste that comes through from the first bite. The meat... truly excellent, cooked to perfection and of evident quality. And finally, the homemade desserts are a real treat. Delicious, authentic, and carefully prepared, just like the old days. Highly recommended for those who love traditional cuisine, well-made and uncompromising.
