Ristorante Assietta In Sauze d'oulx

Si mangia bene all'assietta come sempre. Servizio veramente rapido e gentile, locale che a me piace moltissimo tipico di montagna c'è sempre gettonatissimo. Le due stelle che mancano sono dovute una al fatto la bagna cauda l'aveva fatta un lombardo (offesa maxima), l'altra che la cotoletta piemontese era buona ma era grande un terzo di quella mangiata a giugno (veramente gigante) ma il prezzo salato è rimasto lo stesso. Non bene!

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Very central to the town

Siamo stati in questo locale due volte in una giornata. - Prima di pranzo per un aperitivo per le 11.30. Cocktail buono, equilibrato. Come piattino con dei salamini beretta, pezzettini di formaggio e dei grissini. Ci sta come aperitivo prima di pranzare. - A cena. Il menù era ampio e proponeva varie pietanze. Abbiamo preso una pizza capricciosa in due e poi un cocktail. La pizza buona, impasto leggero e non pesante. Gli ingredienti sopra discreti. Personale gentile, tutti ragazzi giovani e cordiali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo discreto.

I write for the catering service... We went to this place twice in one day. - Before lunch for an aperitif at 11.30. Good, balanced cocktail. As a small plate with Beretta salami, small pieces of cheese and breadsticks. It is used as an aperitif before lunch. - At dinner. The menu was extensive and offered various dishes. We had a capricciosa pizza for two and then a cocktail. Good pizza, light and not heavy dough. The ingredients above discreet. Friendly staff, all young and friendly guys. Decent quality/price ratio.

Great bar and restaurant. Had a good pizza here and Aperitivi hour is always fun.

We stayed this weekend. Excellent location, super clean, spacious and really comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really plentiful and with quality products. We had dinner in the evening in the restaurant, everything was very good and the staff were really welcoming and above all kind. We will definitely be back. Ah I forgot, quality/price above my expectations. Well done everyone

My husband and I with our baby and dog ended up here by complete chance after the airbnb we originally booked turned out to be different from what we expected. We had to find an alternative (dog friendly) accommodation FAST. We called Hotel Assietta quite late into the evening explaining the situation. they were super helpful and they found us a room last minute. We showed up there 40 min later and the room was lovely and the location amazing as it's basically in the centre of Sauze D'Oulx. My husband had to spend the weekdays working from the hotel room so the internet connection was a big deal for him. Wifi was perfectly alright for normal guest activity, but not enough for being in meetings all day. So the owner went out of her way to get him a router so that he could work. This was very much appreciated!! We had dinner in the restaurant every night and they have a great choice of local dishes and a very good wine selection. They also do pizzas! They all loved our dog and the staff was always very helpful and kind to us. We were both super impressed with this place and we will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed here in October for a week to work remote and enjoy the Alps. This is a fantastic hotel - really engaged small team of staff who really care in a way that’s unusual and impressive. The rooms are nice. Their hotel WiFi is fine, but not exceptional - and when we asked if there was a better ‘work’ option they provided, with no notice and for free, a entirely different internet/wifi solution so I could work remotely (which was *great* - a local 4G modem/wifi thing). The rooms have plenty of space and the bathrooms have been modernised. The entire place is dog friendly, the room had a lovely balcony, it’s attached (directly above) a cafe that’s open all day and the included breakfast was very complete. We will be back. Highly, highly recommend.
