We went for dinner yesterday and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere and location are excellent, with beautiful displays displaying top-quality products. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Regarding the food, the variety of meat available is more than excellent, featuring only unique cuts of excellent quality, both Italian and foreign. We chose three different cuts to share, and besides being perfectly cooked, the product was truly amazing! In my opinion, one of the best places in the province of Varese to find high-quality meat at a more than affordable price. Kudos to the owners, and we'll definitely see you again soon!

The experience was truly remarkable in every way. From the moment you enter, you can sense an air of true hospitality: the staff is excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and capable of making you feel immediately at home with a genuine welcome that is hard to find these days. ​We started with a platter of incredibly flavorful local cured meats, but the real star of the evening was the superior-quality Vacca Dolomitica, treated with the respect it deserves and served in a decidedly generous portion. To accompany the meat, we chose flambéed cherry tomatoes and very fresh Roman-style puntarelle, as well as a red wine—Chianti to be precise—that paired perfectly with the dinner's bold flavors. ​The bill was absolutely fair and justified by the quality of the meat served, as well as the attentive service. It's wonderful to find a place that so successfully combines excellent food with such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Highly recommended for those seeking substance and a love of good food. We'll definitely be back!

A welcoming place for meat lovers, where you'll find the best meat. A variety of cuts and succulent grilled meats. The side dishes are delicious; the porcini mushrooms melt in your mouth. Highly recommended.

I ate here with a group of friends, and each of them described the meat as the best they'd ever tasted. And I agree with what they said. The research, precision, and dedication that goes into this type of cuisine is enviable. The wait staff and the family that runs the restaurant have an obsessive attention to detail and a knowledge of the dishes offered that shows how much thought goes into it. Rustic-convivial atmosphere, excellent cured meats, standard service, excellent meat quality, and good cooking (perhaps a little too rare, as you can see from the photo). Overall, decent value for money.

Dinner for two, cozy, clean place, but the staff could improve their customer service. The meat was excellent, but the tiramisu wasn't special.
