Excellent restaurant, with selected and excellent quality raw materials.
High prices and proportionate to the quality.
1 star less for two small flaws in the service:
1) I took a champagne and had to drink it in red glasses (the alternative was the flute)
2) when ordering I asked the size of the rib cut and the waiter said that the cuts are all 1.2/1.3 kg. Since there were two of us, I asked to have the smallest cut possible and in the end the rib was 1.5 kg.
Obviously it was too much and I politely asked for a doggy bag.
I would have preferred to know the weight beforehand (as is done in fish restaurants when ordering the catch of the day). I would have given up on the order and opted for smaller courses because despite the bone, 1.5 kg of meat after having also eaten the starter is truly an exaggerated portion.

Fantastic place, I recommend it, the owner is very good at recommending meat to eat... congratulations, very well prepared, the guys in the room are very good and kind...

Elegant and clean restaurant. Good meat proposal. In my humble opinion, prices are not really within everyone's reach and a little more, but the quality of the meat is good. For my taste, I prefer more brightly lit rooms but still a refined environment.

Un pranzo leccornioso, in un’atmosfera da subito accogliente, elegante - soave .
Personale superlativo assoluto, non si può chiedere di più perché non credo ci sia ^_^ .
La Qualità della carne da stupore per bontà , sapienza nel taglio , con una cottura Perfetta per come richiesta “rare blue” e servita come mai visto prima, mi ha ricordato x un attimo il dripping d pesce del insostituibile Chef Maestro GM , abbiamo scelto una lombata belga “Oedslach” WOW !! con una frollatura di oltre due mesi
Anche gli antipasti tartare - carpacci - la “Salva cremasco in crosta” ( squisito formaggio) i rotoli di pane chapati tutti molto molto molto buoni .
Buona la carta dei vini .
Senz’altro vogliamo ritornarci!!! .

Questo ristorante, e’ stata, una piacevolissima ed inaspettata sorpresa. Veramente accogliente, silenzioso, nonostante i numerosi coperti, con tavoli larghi e comodi. Servizio impeccabile ed accurato. Ampia selezione di vini, anche al calice, per accompagnare la cena. Straordinaria, selezione di carni da tutto il mondo, con differente stagionatura, buonissimi contorni. Prezzi proporzionati e servizio e qualita’ , parcheggio un po’ faticoso da trovare.Perfetto per una cena a due o per festeggiare un’ occasione speciale

We stayed at Asina Luna with two other couples and the experience was really pleasant. My husband and I started with two tartares: the smoked scottona fillet tartare and the Piedmontese vicciola tartare, both delicious. Next, we chose the Portuguese Mertolenga Loin, a truly tasty and tender cut of meat. To end the evening, we treated ourselves to two desserts: the Ernst Knam for Asina Luna and the Bavarian cream with mango and mezcal on biscuit crumble, both excellent.
An idea that we really appreciated is the possibility of choosing meat directly from the window, as well as from the menu. It is a perfect choice for those who love cuts of meat and want to have a precise idea of the quality.
The only small negative note concerns the desserts: it was late, so I understand that some were sold out, but the waiters should have been better informed about availability, considering that there were only us and one other table left. Having said that, they were forgiven by offering us a bitterness at the end of the meal, a gesture of courtesy that we appreciated a lot.
Despite this detail, the quality of the food and the atmosphere have left us fully satisfied. I recommend Asina Luna to anyone looking for a high-level culinary experience, especially for meat lovers!
