I give this Chinese restaurant five stars because its cuisine is completely different from other restaurants. Fresh ingredients, original Chinese dishes with influences from various regions of China. Excellent wine list. The average price is around €30-35 per person, but it's also highlighted by the red prawn. The Beijing-born owner has a deep knowledge of the Italian region, its cuisine, and its wines, and entertains guests by going around the tables and explaining the dishes.

All dishes are refined and made with quality ingredients, including the sweet and sour pork ribs, which are truly sublime. For me, this is the best Chinese restaurant in southern Rome.

It seems like a smart and innovative approach. The restaurant manager is an exceptional person, open to conversation and curious. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. Try to talk to him. The place is small, charming, and well-kept. I drank an excellent Cerasuolo and an excellent Ratafia, both from Abruzzo. Approach this Sinosteria with humility and curiosity. The place is nothing like a Chinese restaurant as we know them; the atmosphere is pleasant and almost family-like. I spent about 40 euros for a first course, a second course, and the excellent fried gelato. Well spent!

My boyfriend and I went for lunch. For appetizers, we ordered chicken rolls, which had a delicious filling, and juicy and flavorful shrimp and beef jiaozi. For main courses, we had fettuccine alla bottarga and chicken with frigitelli, both delicious with sophisticated and well-balanced flavors. Finally, we tried two desserts, and a third was kindly offered by the kitchen. The fried ice cream is highly recommended.
