A wonderful restaurant! The meat is incredibly tasty, cooked to perfection. The tartar is one of the best I have ever tried, fresh and balanced in taste. The desserts are a separate story: I was especially impressed by the signature dessert "Alina" - very refined and delicious! Tiramisu is a classic, executed at the highest level. The service is excellent: attentive, unobtrusive and very professional. Special thanks to Filippo for the warm welcome and hospitality - we felt at home. Viva.braceria is a place you want to come back to!

A wonderful place, Filippo is really good and kind, he cooks a meat that I will never forget.
The cost is a bit high, that's to say, but it's also true that for the meat that he offers you and the service, it couldn't be less.
Go and try it, they will welcome you and pamper you in every way.

Simple but very welcoming environment, very knowledgeable owner, spectacular food quality. The price is certainly demanding but it is really worth it.

Highly recommended! Exceptional meat from tartare to grilled quality meats, even the simplest dishes are excellent, like the meatballs, which with their taste took me back in time. My 7-year-old daughter then said that if Alessandro Borghesi came here, he would definitely win this restaurant 😅🤣 we will definitely return when we are in the area!

Siamo rimasti estasiati ovviamente dalla carne (abbiamo
Preso antipasti misti di battuta, tartara e carpaccio e grigliata mista con pezzo forte il diaframma esterno) ma anche dall’amore che traspare nel gestire questo ristorante, nella cura dei dettagli (dal pane, all’olio fino al sale e le posate) e dalla passione nel descrivere i dettagli del nostro pasto.
Ottimo pranzo!

Stassera ho assaggiato qualcosa di una bontà che nella mia vita non ho mai provato, la carne saporita accompagnata con qualche chicco di maldon si scioglieva in bocca e per non parlare della qualità dei vini che offrono come accompagnamento
