When I read the negative reviews I don't understand if they are about the same restaurant, because they do not reflect our experience at all.
Welcoming place, super friendly staff and very nice and good owner.
Unfortunately we didn't eat much because they weren't very hungry, but the little we ate was fantastic.
The pistachio cake was unique.
We will definitely be back soon.

First time, for a birthday, we had a good time, typical dishes from Liguria and Piedmont, carefully prepared respecting tradition. Excellent choice of wines. Adequate prices. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant in the historic center of Cairo, truly particular location, constantly updated menu. Very friendly service, excellent starters and first courses, good desserts.

We stumbled upon it by chance but were pleasantly surprised, a very particular place, excellent wine and food but the biggest surprise was the courtesy and friendliness of Cristina the chef, it's a shame that I'm far away but surely if I return to Cairo I'll return to the Archè restaurant

We went here for lunch on a weekday and were alone.
We ate some excellent gnocchi stuffed with gorgonzola with pumpkin cream and porcini powder: special!
Then some cheese focaccettes with cold cuts.
The staff is polite, friendly and pleasant.
The place is very nice: I would like to see it in the evening and, in particular, in the summer when the pleasant outdoor garden is filled with people, music and colours.
