A very pleasant restaurant with a beautiful green garden dotted with citrus trees. The staff is very friendly and provides information about the dishes and wines served. The food is very tasty.

Found this by chance, Taormina was very hot with zero breeze. Decided to try and find somewhere outside with some air, turned down the Main Street because there looked like lots of outside tables without the crowds, problem was everyone was trying to coax us in to their cramped stuffy tables! Refusing their enthusiasm we continued towards the sea and hey presto wind and air and a very pretty garden courtyard. The staff were attentive combined with big smiles and an open kitchen we were hooked. The food was presented to the highest visual appearance, the flavour was top notch. Highly recommend this little gem.💎

Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Fabulous setting and atmosphere. Highly recommended. It’s a pity it’s off the well beaten track for all the tourists thronging the main areas as they are missing out here. They deserve much more footfall. One of the best meals we had in the week we were here and it’s our last day. So glad we took a chance and walked down the lane. Would definitely return. Thank you so much.

A superb discovery in Taormina! The quality of the dishes is exceptional and far above the usual tourist restaurants found on all the streets of Taormina. The service is attentive and warm, you really feel privileged. An experience that I recommend without hesitation!

I had very good pasta al ragù for lunch. That's how I imagine eating at Nonna's. A cozy place, off the beaten track. Thank you very much.

Located in a courtyard, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is good but the service is a little too fast (that's the only negative point). As for the prices, they are those of Taormina... so a little expensive.

25/12/2025: If we could give a sixth star for the service and atmosphere, we would. Massimiliano's welcome, going above and beyond to find solutions for us, even on Christmas Eve, is fabulous and warm. Thank you for these wonderful memories!
06/11/2025: During our visit to Stromboli in early November, this was the only place to get a pizza after our volcano hike around 10 pm. The pizzas were delicious and the service was good. The homemade tartufo with cocoa powder was also very tasty. The next day we came for breakfast; the pistachio croissants were delicious and freshly filled upon request. We also ate lunch here before our ferry ride, as all the other restaurants had closed by 2 or 3 pm. Overall, highly recommended for a visit to Stromboli, no matter what time of day.
