Ristorante Arabo Carthage In Trapani

We returned after a year for a family lunch, and it was once again the excellent restaurant we'd tried. The typical mixed appetizers and excellent seafood couscous—for me, the best in Trapani. Friendly service, clean restaurant with an open kitchen. Prices are average. Keep up the good work.

This evening we had dinner at Carthage, an Arab restaurant in the beautiful center of Trapani. We were greeted by friendly, polite staff who were attentive to all our guests' needs. Since my wife can't eat gluten or other foods, she was effectively guided in her choice by the restaurant manager's advice (and if we'd found out earlier, she could have had the couscous, too, because they can make it gluten-free if requested at least a day in advance). I had the seafood couscous, with the addition of fried calamari (you can also choose to add fried shrimp). The gluten-free first course, shrimp and zucchini, my wife's choice, was excellent and plentiful. The seafood couscous I chose was SIMPLY EXCEPTIONAL. Not content with that, we tried two other dishes: the kebab-stuffed eggs, which were delicious, and the equally delicious falafel. And to top it off, my wife had oranges with yogurt, and I had a Tunisian fig grappa, delicious, smooth, and easy to drink. If you're near Trapani, I highly recommend it.

The staff are very friendly, the food is excellent, the location is very quiet, and the value is excellent. Definitely worth a try!

Dishes prepared with care and great professionalism by the chef. The couscous is nothing short of exceptional, very tasty. Various options to choose from, from vegetable and meat couscous to fish and octopus. Extensive menu, many other delicious Arab and Sicilian dishes. Very welcoming place with fast and accurate service. Very friendly staff, very clean, located in the city center, easy to reach.

CUS CUS very good fish I recommend, attentive and kind staff, excellent value for money, Arab style restaurant you eat outside but in a very quiet place. Well done

Me encanta este pequeño negocio familiar que sirve auténtica cocina de Oriente Medio. Grandes chapuzones, delicioso estofado de cordero cocinado en un tangible. Maravillosa halva. Carta de vinos razonable. Mantengamos a esta gente trabajando duro en el negocio.

Ottimo il Cous Cous di Montone, porzione abbondante, quindi, vi sconsiglio di non prendere antipasti prima, per poterlo gustare appieno. Cucina Tunisina 100% Ritorneremo!
