We ate a pizza for lunch during the kite festival on Sunday 4 May. The place is still being set up for the summer season but the atmosphere, despite the massive presence of people, was calm. The pizza has a very light dough with the right consistency. I recommend the Salinella with tuna, red onion and capers, very good. We will definitely be back.

25/04/2025: Excellent vegan restaurant with different options of traditional Apulian dishes, revisited in a vegan key. We tried almost the entire menu and also some off-menu dishes such as, for example, the mother-in-law's tongue with escarole and Taggiasca olives, the cacio e pepe and the lasagna with basil pesto and courgettes. Pistachio pesto represents one of the rare vegan realities in the area and prepares tasty dishes that do not make you miss traditional cuisine.
17/04/2025: A real experience to eat here! A clear recommendation not just for vegetarians or vegans, but for anyone who likes to reward their palate with fantastic delights.
