Great ligurian fare. The staff is very professional, helpful and nice. The ambiance is idyllic. The brandacuiun was better in Dolceacqua, but the stufato di capra was a big winner among us (we were 5) as some of the pasta dishes. The cold zabaione was not to be believed. The terrace is where you want to sit, even though it was pretty hot at lunch - very pretty. Definitely worth it and I will return when I go back to that part of Liguria.

Dream experience in this place on the edge of Apricale. Don't be scared by the prices because the quantities are very abundant and the quality is at epic levels. I highly recommend the house dessert, pansarole with hot zabaglione. P.s. if you can't finish everything they'll give you a takeaway package

It is the third time I have dined in this restaurant and I can recommend it 100%. I recommend goat stew with white beans and as dessert the famous "pansarole" served together with hot zabaglione. All surrounded by a good glass of Rossese wine, a splendid view of the village of Apricale and truly impeccable service. Congratulations to all the staff of the "da Elio" restaurant.

07/11/2024: Bon restaurant et très bon service dans le coeur de ville. Bonne ambiance et beaucoup de monde pour des plats très originaux.
30/10/2024: Comida local bien preparada, incluyendo pescado a la parrilla y una buena carta de vinos. Un lugar bastante pequeño con un buen servicio y - una hazaña rara - baño muy limpio!

13/10/2024: An oasis of relaxation, a trattoria with a capital T! A rustic and very welcoming environment, a unique place! We came for the porcini season, and we were impressed by the quality of the dishes! Fried porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, everything was delicious! I recommend it! We will definitely be back!
30/09/2024: Great rooms and great restaurant. Both at an excellent price/performance ratio.
