Excellent beach resort with well-spaced umbrellas, attention to cleanliness of the facilities and the beach and above all ideal for enjoying the sea, sun and relaxation in complete tranquility. Furthermore, Antonio's affability, courtesy and professionalism induce us to choose this beach resort for next year too.

Beach resort in Civitanova Marche, south seafront. Very wide beach with well-spaced umbrellas. The owners, Antonio and Andrea, are extremely kind and always available to their customers. I've been coming here for many years and have always had a great experience. Antonio, number one in name and in fact!

I had lunch at the restaurant, which featured excellent fried fish, well-prepared and easy to digest! I spent some wonderful days on the beach, completely relaxing, knowing that the beach is meticulously looked after by Antonio and Andrea and their staff, whom I thank!

Top location. There's 4-5 meters of space between the umbrellas. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly. I've never had any problems parking. But above all, the bathrooms are clean, which usually reflects the place and the professionalism of the staff. And it's very convenient. 🔝🔝🔝

Officina Ristorante Pizzeria

08/02/2026: This is my second time at Officina, and I have to say it's always a pleasant surprise. The first time, the pizza was fantastic, but I promised myself I'd return to try their wonderful burgers, which completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Smoky Burger, which I wanted to modify, and I must say the staff didn't hesitate and completely accommodated my unusual request. The ingredients are top-notch and excellent quality, and the homemade bread is very soft and fragrant. The place is clean and welcoming, perfect for families, friends, or couples. I recommend making a reservation because they sell out quickly. I'll conclude by saying, "Seeing is believing."
02/02/2026: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, but in my opinion the prices are a bit high... we spent €35 we got two pizzas, one Officina and another with truffle and a ginger ice cream, a 33cl Chouff amber beer on tap for €6, luckily I had a voucher for an Officina pizza otherwise the bill was €49... shame that the Truffle pizza was all crooked for €15, at that price I would ask for almost perfection..
