Professional and welcoming staff. The restaurant and breakfast are outstanding, the reception area, pool, and restaurant are truly beautiful with a sunset view. The accommodations are beautifully laid out. The rooms are a bit dated. The location is a bit out of the way, on a dark street. A small note about breakfast: if you choose to have waiters serve food and drinks, and there are large groups, a line is inevitable. Perhaps double the service staff?
Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione Senza tempo,con i grandi classici della tradizione dello chef come il Negativo di carbonara o il Diplomatico con caramello salato.
È stato un viaggio nei sapori e nella sperimentazione dello chef che usa materie prime di grande qualità e le rielabora secondo la propria creatività.
Lo chef è venuto a salutarci al tavolo e ,a fine cena,ci ha fatto fare un giro nel locale che comprende una biblioteca con testi di arte e antichi e una sala esposizione con quadri di fattura fiamminga.
Esperienza da ripetere soggiornando nel resort.
