As always, a sure thing. Excellent yet simple dishes, excellent meat, and even the cod. Efficient and discreet service. Excellent value for money.

Food was mostly good and worth coming back for, though the Pici Cacio e Pepe was too salty. On the bill, it was a first for us to be charged an extra €1 for mussels as a starter just because we shared it. Odd we didn’t get charged an extra €1 for sharing dessert, or wasn’t charged an extra €1 because I tried my friend’s pasta…also we were charged €1.50 for bread that we didn’t ask for. Usually bread is included in the coperto.

Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo dopo una mattinata di shopping, il locale dove si pranza è uno stanzone con poca luce. Abbiamo preso delle pappardelle in bianco con ragù anatra (i pici erano terminati, erano nel menu) purtroppo sono arrivati completamente scotti, la porzione era abbondante e inoltre avendo diviso ci è arrivato in piatti separati, inoltre i piatti per errore sono stati consegnati al tavolo accanto e solo dopo la segnalazione riconsegnati a noi (per fortuna non erano stati toccati) . A seguire cinghiale in umido con polenta, veramente buono ed abbondante, e carciofi fritti . Uno zuccotto per dolce ma non ha entusiasmato. I prezzi sono validi in relazione alla quantità e qualità, tuttavia tornando a casa sullo scontrino ho trovato un paio di piatti con un euro in più rispetto il menu che occorre aggiornare.
