The restaurant is excellent, whatever the menu. The place is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat out in a relaxing and satisfying way.

An intimate venue nestled in nature, just steps from Lake Bilancino and the Barberino outlet. Fresh, excellent-quality products, with dishes whose simplicity harks back to tradition. Food was mostly good and worth coming back for, though the Pici Cacio e Pepe was too salty. On the bill, it was a first for us to be charged an extra €1 for mussels as a starter just because we shared it. Odd we didn’t get charged an extra €1 for sharing dessert, or wasn’t charged an extra €1 because I tried my friend’s pasta…also we were charged €1.50 for bread that we didn’t ask for. Usually bread is included in the coperto.

07/10/2025: Great guys working the counter!!!! If you tell them Stephen sent you they will slice you a piece of the roast beef!!!!!!!! Amazing. And these travel well! Grab one and a bottle of wine and go for a picnic... My favorite samich is: Porchetta, cooked ham, arugula, tomato, basil pesto, smoked burata and basil!
07/10/2025: What can you say about this place? It's a classic. The only thing is that if you haven't tried it yet, it's time. Everything is very good.
