Had a lovely dinner outside last night. The food was delicious, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The price was fair.

A trattoria as it should be. Friendly host, minimally processed food (thanks to the superb ingredients), and that small-town pace "in the depths of the countryside," as Paolo Conte would say.

A restaurant located in the town center, with an exceptional chef, in my opinion. 👏👏👏 Top-quality ingredients, expertly prepared. I had a sublime fig risotto. The appetizers were also truly flavorful and well-prepared. The service was precise and punctual, delivered with great elegance. Recommended to anyone who truly wants to eat well; whether you're with friends or family, you'll surely be satisfied. I'll definitely be back 😉😋

I went this evening. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, simple but highly appreciated dishes. The dish in the photo is an eggplant flan with summer bruschetta. Then I had the risotto with figs. I'll be banal to repeat it, but it was sublime and delicious. Very good. I'll definitely be back. A suitable place for vegetarians. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

I had a wonderful evening. I really enjoyed the carpaccio and melon, and the meat was excellent. The service was kind and pleasant. One day when I'm in Savigliano, which is also very beautiful, I'll be back. Thank you.

Pranzato il giorno 2 giugno festa della repubblica,per l'occasione nel centro storico si svolgeva un mercatino,per cui a pranzo c'era una discreta affluenza. Scelto dal menu alla carta tajarin con sugo d'acciughe ed a seguire scamone di vitello fassone alla piastra;il primo in definitiva era un normale tajarin al burro visto che di acciughe non ho trovato traccia visiva(vedi foto) e tantomeno nel gusto. La carne era discreta a cottura media accompagnata da un contorno. Servizio nella norma cosi' come i prezzi,nel complesso esperienza non del tutto gratificante.

Materie prime ottime ma manca un tocco di personalità al condimento ed alla cottura. Così anche al locale non ha una caratteristica che lo distingue. Malgrado ci fossero pochi avventori quando siamo entrati, c'è stata un po' di confusione nel servizio. Sicuramente migliorabile.
