Ristorante Anima Sarda In Cantù

It's not the first time I go to this restaurant and as always it's a certainty I was on Saturday with friends and everything was amazing

I think I have eaten so well only a few times even in Sardinia, we had fregola with seafood, spaghetti with clams and bottarga and maccaronis with Argentine shrimp, all delicious, accompanied by the excellent "Pan di zucchero" wine from the ARU winery. For us it was the first time, and it was a very pleasant surprise, the menu is limited and some dishes must be booked and I consider this a plus because what is offered is prepared with care. The owners are welcoming, even with our two dogs, the service in adequate times. Absolutely satisfied, we will definitely return soon.

I was there yesterday with three friends, it was a bit of a bad evening, as at the beginning some of the guests clogged a toilet that flooded everything, making the toilet area unusable and forcing us to at least half an hour of annoying noise caused by the water being sucked in. The taking of orders and the service consequently slowed down. The waitress who served us dropped a glass of water on a friend of mine and forgot to bring me a side dish but she apologized and was super kind and professional for the rest of the evening (and obviously when it came time to pay she apologized again and didn't include it in the bill). The food itself is good and there is a large choice of Sardinian specialties. The location could perhaps be themed a bit more. In the end, the four of us spent €40 each, perhaps slightly more than I expected. Yesterday evening was bad but it can happen to anyone, I would go back for the food and for the kindness and professionalism of the waitress.

The very welcoming restaurant is one of the best I know… the service is excellent but the cuisine is superb.

Dinner with my wife and our little Sofia. We felt at home, in the welcome, in the flavors and in the courtesy. I highly recommend it, especially to those who would like to know the Sardinian cuisine. We will gladly return.

Great food, although some items were missing from the menu. Good wine. Will definitely return, slight criticism of the service, understandable given the fact that the place was full…
