Anima Sarda is in the central area of Cantú, the place is spacious but perhaps a little dark.
The guys are attentive and friendly.
The real plus is, obviously, the food.
The cuttlefish ink culurgiones stuffed with amberjack and lime are stratospheric.
The baked suckling pig is tender and served already portioned, perhaps a little lacking in salt... but in the end there wasn't even a crumb left.
You spend a few euros more (without exaggerating) but it's worth it, after all you pay for quality.

In this restaurant it is possible to savor traditional dishes and Sardinian culture, prepared with the passion and dedication that only those who love Sardinia can understand.
The suckling pig, available upon reservation, is an incredible thing: prepared by the expert hands of chef Carlo, it is an experience that must be had. The meat is juicy and very tender and the rind is crispy and thin like carasau bread.
The environment is convivial, more suitable for large companies than couples, but there is also a separate room, which is decidedly quieter. The staff is courteous and helpful.
The price, in my opinion, is appropriate for the dishes that you can consume and that you cannot easily find in other places, prepared with raw materials brought in from Sardinia.
An experience worth having.

Dopo varie recensioni (ultra positive )di amici, che arrivano da Lecco ,Milano appositamente per pranzare o cenare qui a Cantu’ in questo ristorante.Mi son detto di organizzare qui ,il pranzo di Natale 2024, con i miei fratelli,in più abito qui in zona.
Abbiamo provato vari piatti :antipasti,primi ,grigliate di pesce,maialino (solo su prenotazione).
Siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti di questo ristorante ,e d’ora in poi sarà, il nostro punto fisso,visto la qualità della materia prima e di come viene preparata (non ricordo mai di aver mangiato un polipo così tenero,un maialino sublime,i primi fatti a mano eccellenti ),inoltre aggiungo la cordialità (sembra di essere come a casa),prezzi nella norma,lo consiglio a tutti.
