Locale carino a Cortone. Avrei dato di più ma anche se è vero che ci siete venuti incontro nel cambiare qualche portata di carne nel menù terra ma un menù senza un primo come si deve non si può vedere. Vini buoni. Lo consiglio ma senza chiedere variazioni

Characteristic restaurant in Cortono, excellent wines and good food. Four stars only because it is true that you have accommodated us in the main menu by removing some meat courses but a menu without a proper first course cannot be seen. If it hadn't been for this I would have given more and I recommend it but without asking for variations

Ho pranzato in questo ristorante e ne sono rimasta entusiasta. La cucina è straordinaria: un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione. Piatti curati, sapori autentici, mai banali. Un’ esperienza da non perdere!

In Cortona to see a Villa from my wife’s book club (ugh) and we ate at Ambrosia. We know beef, raise beef, eat beef, but the best beef steak I have eaten in 30 years was here (Sciarrington Beef Fillet). I cannot speak highly enough about Chef Matteo and his staff. A must visit if you are here from the States.

Top quality dishes and wide choice of gluten-free options. I recommend the truly delicious pasta with white ragu and the cigar for dessert

There is an Etruscan well here, and the food was delicious with good choices on the menu. Service was prompt, and they spoke English, which helped us.

Very pleasant surprise in the heart of Cortona. A surprising place, in the furnishings, in the service with attention to the smallest details, but above all in the food. A reinterpretation of traditional cuisine with truly unique flavors to be enjoyed from start to finish. A mix of particular combinations that awaken taste, smell and sight. Truly the best. Standing ovation to the chef who is truly a genius in assembling dishes to perfection. A truly unique experience. Compliments to the dining room staff. Nice, friendly and attentive in satisfying customer requests. Well done👏

20/11/2024: Per una cena di famiglia in un freddo lunedì sera ci siamo fermati in questo locale… Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. I primi piatti erano tutti deliziosi,il ragù bianco delizioso,i ravioli al mascarpone davvero saporiti…anche gli antipastini centrali che abbiamo provato ci hanno deliziati. Insomma se volete provare i sapori e i sentori tipici toscani questa osteria fa il caso vostro! Complimenti
