A fantastic dining experience. The porchetta was one of the most delicious things I have eaten. The wine-perfect. Dolce was a great ending.

Wonderful restaurant, very authentic with Etruscan well inside. Great Tuscan cooking demonstration by Chef Matteo followed by eating the food he prepared. Delicious! Very pleasant evening!

We had a private cooking show put on by the chef (who used to work at a Michelin star restaurant). He made for us two appetizers that are not on the regular menu, but a popular Tuscany dish. Both were EXCELLENT. We then ordered the gnocchi to finish off the night, which was delicious with a meat sauce. Small and quiet restaurant. 👍🏻

Ambrosia is a one of a kind place. From the historic Etruscan well under the dining room, to the beautifully crafted meals, this place is a must! Chef Matteo is top of the line and his knowledge is vast. Excellent meal!

Took a cooking class with Matteo. He was so warm and welcoming and shared great tips we will take with us forever. A great experience and wonderful food. Highly recommend!!

04/08/2024: There's a Tuscany still preserving its authenticity and wild beauty. In "Arezzo's land" you can still find places miraculously saved from the chaos of a "stop and go" kind of tourism. Small paradises where if you stop once, you will never go away; you will taste their food again and again, you will talk to it and to those who cook it and you will smell true flavours, rediscovering the pleasure of a meal.

11/08/2024: The food is really delicious! From the appetizers to the first courses, the Florentine... dishes of excellent quality and the right quantity, when you wake up your appetite is satisfied! The wines are also excellent, with a wide choice of local wines and a bit from all over 🇮🇹. Excellent service, kind, friendly, very nice!
25/07/2024: Characteristic location in the town center. I wanted to eat pizza and the calzone was very good. Really great service and fair prices.
