Excellent lunch, but the place was poorly heated. A request to turn on a fan next door was ignored. I ate in my coat.
For the second course, 5, I mean 5 thin triangles of polenta... come on, the polenta is free!!!
Why do you get so worked up about these trifles... we're not in Genoa!

A high-end mountain restaurant with a price-quality ratio that's hard to beat: traditional Piedmontese dishes adapted to the seasonality of the ingredients used. The bagnacauda, "lightened" with cream, is delicious, as are the agnolotti and rump steak.

Even though it's late, I want to leave my review of the Ferragosto Menu, truly exceptional, from the appetizer to the dessert, it couldn't have been otherwise, we returned... but we will return.

Top-notch cuisine and service.
The place is very charming and welcoming, the menu changes frequently and respects seasonal produce. The dishes are exquisite, and the staff are all very courteous and knowledgeable.
This place remains a firm favourite for me. Highly recommended!

We went for dinner on a Thursday evening. The service was fast and the waitresses were friendly. We started off well with the appetizers, but were disappointed with the first courses. The agnolotti and gnocchi were overcooked, making it almost impossible to finish the dish. Despite the disappointment, we were more than satisfied with the desserts, which were excellent. We were also disappointed with the value for money, given the terrible first courses.

We've been wanting to eat here for a while, and we finally did.
We ate very well. The traditional Piedmontese pates were very tasty and beautifully presented.
The knowledgeable and friendly staff made us feel at ease.
We'll definitely be back.

Veniamo qua per coccolarci, e non sbagliamo mai. L' esperienza di Clelia, la simpatia del giovane figlio, rendono i piatti dei miracoli che prima di essere ingoiati ti fanno venire i brividi...ti stropicciano dentro. Se venite ai piedi del Viso, chiamate e prenotate un tavolo, vedrete che ho ragione.
