01/01/2024: If the rooms are not exactly the best, there is the service, kindness, friendliness and availability of Tonino and Teresa which far cover the small shortcomings of the accommodation. The menu and service leave no room for complaints, the location on the lake is wonderful with a view of the Borromean islands and Stresa which is spectacular. Seeing is believing! 11/12/2023: Camere abbastanza datate Vista splendida diretta sul lago Per la colazione (buona o comunque nella media) bisogna uscire all esterno e d'inverno o se piove non è il massimo. La struttura non ha collegamenti interni Sconsigliata per chi ha problemi motori Ristorante/pizzeria nello stesso locale della colazione. Cibo buono ma non eccezionale La pulizia e la cortesia in generale sono ottimi
