The place is lovely, the cuisine excellent and the management very professional but friendly. Strongly recommended. The menu has recently been expanded with new proposals. We tried a few, all stratospheric!

Characteristic mountain restaurant, well looked after and welcoming. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Spectacular dishes in presentation and on the palate. Absolutely coming back.

Dream restaurant. Excellent, quality food. It represents what you always want to find in a restaurant. Characteristic furnishings and spectacular views. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Exceptional in everything. You never get tired of Alpage!

Posto bello e suggestivo anche per il fatto di essere lontano dal paese e quindi isolato. Consigliatissimo il risotto allo zafferano con radicchio e fonduta di formaggio. Buonissimi la bourguignon di manzo, in cui ognuno si cuoce a proprio piacimento i propri tocchetti di carne nel fornelletto messo a disposizione, e la fonduta di fontina con polenta. Così così i maltagliati.

Very high level restaurant A pleasant discovery located at the entrance to Cervinia. A place with attention to the smallest details both inside and outside, with typical dishes of Aosta Valley cuisine. The Aosta blue risotto is absolutely worth trying! Very well-stocked wine list although with bottles in a high price range, I recommend also expanding the price range of the wines on the list.

03/01/2025: Food is good, service is very "uptight" and because of that the atmosphere feels uneasy in spite of being in Aosta. Smiling to your guests will not hurt you guys... What is most upsetting is that one hears the microwave oven Pinging .. bing, bing, non stop. I understand that microwaves are commonly used in restaurants, but the sound makes one feel like in a fast-food joint. Advise from my side, remove this bell, please. These are the reasons why I only give you three stars. We will not go back there, the dinner experience got spoiled even though the food is good.
02/01/2025: Quality and professionalism at the highest levels. A truly excellent lunch. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers typical but quality cuisine, this is the right place
