What can I say, we stumbled upon it by pure chance and found a wonderful place, helpful and kind staff and delicious and plentiful food! Highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant very close to Lake Molveno. Honestly, I went with friends and after eating very good and typical local dishes, I feared the cost would instead be a very welcome surprise. Excellent value for money. Advised

My boyfriend and I had dinner for his birthday, we ate a spectacular platter of cold cuts and cheeses and the apple risotto remained in our hearts. The waiters who served us were very kind. We highly recommend for this place!

Excellent, we were there for dinner. If you are in Molveno you have to go there to eat. Super fast service, friendly service, what more could you want.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante, locale carino con possibilità di mangiare in terrazza e di avere anche la veduta della montagna e uno scorcio del lago. Abbiamo preso un primo a testa, tagliolino all’ uovo con salmerino fume’ e strangolapreti con sugo di selvaggina, entrambi molto buoni. Gli strangolapreti e’ una specie di gnocco e non una pasta, ma con il sugo ci stava bene( secondo me con una tagliatella ci stava meglio😁), poi ho preso un insalata mista e un caffè. Servizio ottimo e come dicevo nel titolo cura nel dettaglio, quando ti portano le portate hanno un coperchio per non disperdere il calore, sia per la pasta e anche per il caffè. Bravi. Se devo trovare una pecca, direi che una insalata 7,50€ mi sembra eccessiva, confronto ai prezzi dei primi.

Torno dopo un anno e ritrovo il mio ristorante preferito a Molveno. Qui ho cenato 6 sere su sette perché a Molveno,per me ,è impossibile trovare un altro ristorante con lo stesso rapporto qualità/prezzo. La famiglia Bonetti è sempre presente e attivamente garantisce, insieme a tutti i collaboratori molto efficienti, la qualità di sempre. La cucina è il grande plus ; piatti sono ben presentati, le porzioni abbondanti e con materie prime eccellenti, complimenti allo chef. La carta dei vini è completa e le ricariche oneste. L'accoglienza è gentile e disponibile, il personale è giovane e motivato. Anche il mio cagnolino Black è stato accolto con riguardo . Ci si torna sempre volentieri, al prossimo anno!

05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We hadn't booked and there wouldn't have been room if by chance a family of three hadn't canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.
05/01/2025: We enjoyed chef Riccardo's cuisine on the first evening of 2025 and it was a very pleasant start... tasting the dishes makes you understand the title of Oste 2024... absolutely deserved!!!! I add a compliment to the staff... welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable also regarding the pairing of wines and grappa! We can't wait to return!!!! Good work and a big THANK YOU
