Very welcoming and friendly staff, we had a chat with the owner, very nice, polite and approachable! Excellent food, we ate: 4 Florentine steaks, baked potatoes, dessert, water, wine and coffee...and what can I say...it was all delicious! Perfect quality/price ratio. I also highly recommend it to groups and groups! Congratulations to the venue and all its staff!

Classic restaurant for tourists, good and tender meat but really overcooked, just enough starters, poor desserts, decent but overpriced wine. It's fine for tourists but not for us Florentines.

I came here for the first time on a recommendation. I loved everything; I came back on my second visit and have recommended it to several friends, and they thought it was amazing, too!

It is definitely my favorite restaurant in Florence. To be honest, it's been a while since I've tried any others. The menu is varied, starters, first courses, second courses are difficult to find bad. Attentive and courteous staff. Be careful, but for lunch the kitchen closes at 2.30pm, it's best to arrive early.

Nei pressi della chiesa di Santa Maria Novella, trovo per caso questo locale, molto curato, pulito, ordinato, con cucina a vista (segno di trasparenza totale). Personale gentilissimo, prezzi onesti, soprattutto per la zona un cui si trova, servizio rapido. Last but not least, cibo favoloso.

Great experiences. The 6 guests enjoyed their plates. Friendly and efficient service. Tender octopus. Very good meat. Good desserts. Crème brûlée on the table and ignited.

A good restaurant in the center of Florence. Personally, I consumed the €40 menu, which included an appetizer of crostini and cold cuts, a steak (very good) and a dessert of your choice. Very kind and professional staff. A place to return to.

24/01/2025: A very fantastic and romantic place. Reservations are required and the food is all delicious. The food is expensive, but the quality is good. And since the portion is so large, it is better to order less. Just one serving of T-bone feeds two adults. Truffle pasta recommended!!
21/01/2025: When booking you need to go to their website by filling in all the fields, they will also ask for your credit card details so that if there is a cancellation you will pay €80. There are two shifts for dinner at 7pm and at 9.30pm we opted for the first shift. When we arrived at the venue on time we found a long queue outside waiting for us but within a few minutes the staff managed to seat everyone. We started with two appetizers: Parmesan ham and croutons, Parmesan artichoke and rocket salad. As a second course we took a Florentine steak for two, the meat inside was totally cold and we were forced to ask the dining room staff to put it back on the grill. Very good strawberry desserts with cream. Compliments to the dining room staff who are always available and ready to resolve the various problems. Too bad for the cold Florentine.

28/01/2025: A casual but well-kept place, very welcoming. You eat well with average prices, excellent lampredotto and first courses, not bad fried food and meat in general. House wine is best avoided. Courteous service. Definitely recommended!
16/01/2025: Our place for family lunches. Welcoming environment, helpful staff. The cuisine is excellent. House specialties: tripe and lampredotto for all tastes! Excellent desserts.
