A charming and elegant family-run establishment where customer service and courtesy are hallmarks.
The cuisine's strength is the choice of raw materials, much of which comes from the restaurant's own biodynamic garden.
Let's get to dinner: a welcome drink with battered zucchini flowers;
an appetizer of Cabannina tartare and vegetarian taco; tagliolini with porcini mushrooms for the first course; and a main course of venison chops with a red fruit compote, caramelized onions, and kiwi mustard. Homemade bread and focaccia are served. To finish, a fragrant melon parfait and a delicate interpretation of the classic Saint-Honoré.
A pleasant surprise is the use of edible flower petals to garnish appetizers and desserts.
All accompanied by an Ovada by Alvio Pestarino, selected from a fine wine list. Coffee made with a moka pot.
A decidedly positive experience. Next time, I'll try the seafood dishes, which promise equally as much.

Me and my wife visited Alessandro with our small baby and where immidietaly greeted by friendly faces. The family who runs the restaurant together took care of us in a special way we never experienced before.
The food was amazing - we picked the chefs menu and let me tell you... Best food we have ever eaten. They walked us through all the dishes, compononets and the story behind them - we really felt that the menu was made for just us.
We will never forget this experience.

A wonderful discovery in the Scoffera area. Attentive and friendly service, we truly enjoyed a delightful early summer evening in a family-run restaurant.
Truly delicious dishes: exquisite tagliolini with mushrooms and herbs, delicious venison, and a truly worthy egg-based main course. And then the dessert, a reinterpretation of the Saint Honoré tart, delicious—we could have eaten six plates.
We'll definitely be back to try the fish dishes.

A discovery that is good for the heart, as well as the belly!
My wife and I went to this restaurant, almost by chance. It is true that good things happen when you least expect them. Davide welcomes us, a rare kindness, attentive, friendly, passionate and the true creator of the dishes (unique, you will not find them anywhere), as well as a wine expert. Raw materials of excellent quality, from the vegetables and flowers from their biodynamic garden, to the Cabannina meat and the fish (which we will assign next time), which is selected only from a certain area of the Ligurian Sea.
The dishes: a dandelion risotto with candied celery, cream of peas and jasmine flowers! A surprising and balanced taste, truly delicious. Corn tacos with hummus and seasonal vegetables with dozens of colorful edible flowers that gave an overwhelming aroma in the mouth. A Genoese mixed fry like the one of the past, fried very well, light and crunchy and not at all greasy. An egg pochette with fondue on top of a brioche bread dipped in a tomato sauce... crazy! Not to mention the desserts: it would be worth going just for those! I couldn't even describe them again but they left us speechless for their taste and lightness. All this while drinking a delicious Ciliegiolo and finishing with a digestive of their production with herbs from their garden. We finish the dinner and go to meet the chef and pastry chef, two very kind and super friendly Genoese gentlemen. We were very happy, the people first and then what we ate really moved us. We will return as soon as possible!

The best meal I have ever had. The owner was very kind and explained his well loved and crafted menu from where the meat, fish and veggies came from to where the inspiration of each dish originated. You can truly tell that he puts love into his passion. We had the bittersweet risotto and beef raviolis. Incredible! The candied celery is such a unique flavor a true experience on the palate. The appetizers were delightful little bites (mini spinach croissant, potato ball, and cheese ravioli). The dessert was to die for, a Carmel thin wafer with cream puffs and whip cream on top. The entire visit from hello to goodbye was a memorable event and we are so lucky to have found this love driven restaurant. Much love to the chef and anyone that helps make his meals filled with joy!

A very welcoming place and very original in its decor, really pleasant jazz music in the background. The place really stands out from the rest offered in the valley. We went for lunch in two. Customer care to the maximum, everything homemade. Seafood, land and vegetarian menu. I recommend the seafood skewer, an explosion of flavor wrapped in light spices. Amazing desserts. Very warm family management, to return.
