Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Well-stocked breakfast.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I arrived and quickly found a parking spot. I called the hotel and the receptionist rushed out and showed me the on-site parking. Checking was quick. The room was spacious and corner-facing with three large windows overlooking the castle. It was a little noisy due to the road and the first-floor room, but by evening everything quieted down. The large curtains provided a good blockout from the morning light, although the morning sun hitting the curtains didn't completely block out the light. Despite the hotel's age, it features a good-quality home automation system. The bed was comfortable and the selection of pillows of varying heights and softness ensure a good night's sleep. The room was fairly quiet. The bathroom was well-equipped. It's a shame there's no shower, but rather a large one with a transparent partition. The breakfast room is on the top floor, a spacious and panoramic room with a wide selection of quality items. I've marked it as a hotel of choice in the area for future stays.

Located opposite Piazza Giorgione (the hub of this beautiful and charming town) and overlooking the walls surrounding the oldest part of the city. Upon arrival, guests can park for free in the hotel courtyard, which requires no special access card or ringing the bell. Simply approaching the entrance opens the gate automatically. The welcoming staff is extremely kind and available to provide any information we need. We take one of the two elevators to our floor and arrive at our room, which opens via an optical reader of the card we were provided with. The room is large and equipped with all the comforts, including a safe, minibar, telephone, whirlpool tub, television, and a spacious terrace. As soon as the card is inserted into the slot to power the entire room, the television automatically turns on, offering a channel created directly by the hotel, featuring images of all the nearby attractions. The closet is spacious, although very limited in hangers. Extremely good value for money.

Convenient hotel very close to the citadel, with parking available in the courtyard. The room is very spacious and equipped with many amenities, but could use some updating. There's a spa and gym on site.

Very centrally located hotel. A great base for a few days exploring other towns. The breakfast room offers a lovely view of Castelfranco. Highly recommended.

I really liked the room, it was a good size, the shower was spacious, and the in-room automation was very convenient. I was pleased to find a mini ironing board and iron in the closet, which was useful for ironing a shirt that had gotten creased in my suitcase, since I was staying there for work. The breakfast was good, and the room is very elegant. It was a pleasure to have it on the 4th floor with that view of the walls of the historic center. Very beautiful, congratulations on the decor and how you used this space.

Room is very spacious and clean with comfortable bed and full equipment but the pillows are too soft for me. I would also recommend them to install directly big bottles of shampoo and shower gel inside shower room. It’s more convenient and ecological than opening small tubes each time. Breakfast area is very cozy on rooftops with excellent view of castle. Great variety of food options and great quality. Super friendly and professional staff !
