It's not easy to say what I liked and what I didn't, because experiences like this must first and foremost be respected. In 2026, it takes courage to operate a restaurant like this, with a vision that belongs to another era and business dynamics that have profoundly changed today. Tradition is valuable only when accompanied by technique, awareness, and training. And above all, by the heart that is poured into what you do. Inheriting a place doesn't mean you're obligated to inherit its destiny. I had pizza here, and I have to say it was delicious, very thin, and the appetizers were also good. I recommend the fried mozzarella and Ascoli olives. For the rest, the staff was very kind, a special shout out to Simona. 4 of us ate, we had 4 appetizers, 4 pizzas, and a beer. Let's say the cost was about 20 euros per person. I recommend it for pizza, but I can't comment on the food because I haven't tried it. Ciao everyone, and enjoy your meal! 🧡❤️
