I'd never tried this restaurant before, and thanks to my friend Mimmo, I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes are well-prepared, traditional Piedmontese cuisine at an excellent price, and Maurizio is a warm and welcoming host.

We've been guests at this wonderful hotel for 33 years. We spend a few days in Cravanzana several times a year and appreciate the warm hospitality of Maurizio, Pinuccia, and their sons Diego and Fabio. Conversations with the family are always enriching. We appreciate the excellent regional cuisine and the extensive selection of reasonably priced wines. Pinuccia's dishes, beautifully prepared, are excellent. The restaurant service is very friendly, and Maurizio's wine recommendations are always interesting. In the summer, we enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful pool, which, fortunately, is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The rooms are always very clean and well-maintained, and functionally furnished. "Da Maurizio" is a place where we always feel at home. A spectacle! Excellent cuisine. Dishes made with top-quality ingredients. Kindness reigns supreme. Delicious plin. A loin that melted in your mouth. An excellent wine list. An ideal place to spend a few days in complete tranquility. The pool is well-maintained, as is everything else, of course. Fantastic views of the hazelnut groves. Excellent wine and food, with authentic local dishes, especially homemade! The staff is available for everything and very friendly. Highly recommended!
