The restaurant is run by Graziano, a passionate cycling enthusiast—photos and posters of his exploits are on display, including two legendary Eroicas in Gaiole in Chianti 💪🚴—a great company man. His son Massimo is also passionate about downhill skiing ⛷️ and wine 🍷, and the cellar is well-stocked with bottles from excellent wineries. Good service, beautifully presented dishes, and attention to raw materials, especially in the choice of cuts of meat. What really sets this restaurant apart, in my opinion, is the family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. There's a private room with three tables seating 10-12 people each, a large room with a fireplace, and a veranda at the entrance for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks, a relaxing area. I've been coming here for years and I always find everything to be of high quality 👍
