I've been a chef for over 10 years and boast considerable experience in the restaurant industry. That said, I'd like to point out that we discovered this ENCHANTING place through friends.
The cuisine is a fusion of tradition and innovation with contrasting flavors that are challenging but truly well executed and balanced. There's nothing more to say. You can tell there's great passion and research behind it.
The service is impeccable, smiling, and ready for any eventuality.
In short, it's a cuisine that MUST BE UNDERSTOOD before judging.
We'll definitely be back!

We ate a tasting menu which included everything for around €60 per person. The food was very good and attentive. The service was excellent. If I can find a small flaw (despite it being a tasting menu), the portions were a little small. The rest was all excellent.

In a quiet spot at the foot of the mountains, you'll find an elegant atmosphere with many unique dishes, each one unique in flavor and carefully crafted pairings of local ingredients. The wines are also excellent. The service is attentive, and the staff at the tables are knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish. They are also very attentive to any requests from guests with allergies or intolerances. Truly excellent!

Fantastic, beautiful place and food you absolutely have to try
I often and willingly include Resù in motorcycle trips with my friends and my wife. I have always had a good time, if you are looking for a place where the main ingredients are the quality of the products and the tranquility of the place, Resù is the one for you. The menu is varied and well structured for all palates, ranging from the classic to the most refined dish and there is a wide selection of wines to properly accompany your choice, the staff is competent, professional and friendly last but not least the view is no less.

Locale un po' fuori dal mondo, ma immerso nel verde e con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne.
Piatti studiati nel rispetto della tradizione e degli ingredienti stessi, ma sempre con un occhio al futuro.
Personale molto cordiale e preparato. Fatevi guidare da loro nella scoperta delle loro meravigliose pietanze.
