A charming location, friendly and attentive staff. I'm vegan, so by letting me know a few days in advance, they were happy to prepare special dishes for me (since there wasn't anything I could choose from the à la carte menu). I was pleasantly surprised and had a great time! I'll definitely be back.

We need more places like this, well-maintained and authentic. A real gem for the area: I went there for lunch yesterday for the first time and I highly recommend it.
In addition to the cuisine featuring authentic, local flavors, the wait staff is very courteous and attentive.

A beautiful view of the valley, a quiet place, a warm welcome, good wine, and carefully prepared dishes: this was Resù for us. We were amazed by the desire to bring goodness to the table, not only in the food but also in the manner. We had a great time.

I've been a chef for over 10 years and boast considerable experience in the restaurant industry. That said, I'd like to point out that we discovered this ENCHANTING place through friends.
The cuisine is a fusion of tradition and innovation with contrasting flavors that are challenging but truly well executed and balanced. There's nothing more to say. You can tell there's great passion and research behind it.
The service is impeccable, smiling, and ready for any eventuality.
In short, it's a cuisine that MUST BE UNDERSTOOD before judging.

We ate a tasting menu which included everything for around €60 per person. The food was very good and attentive. The service was excellent. If I can find a small flaw (despite it being a tasting menu), the portions were a little small. The rest was all excellent.

In a quiet spot at the foot of the mountains, you'll find an elegant atmosphere with many unique dishes, each one unique in flavor and carefully crafted pairings of local ingredients. The wines are also excellent. The service is attentive, and the staff at the tables are knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish. They are also very attentive to any requests from guests with allergies or intolerances. Truly excellent!

Fantastic, beautiful place and food you absolutely have to try
Grande scelta , seguito sui social appena avuto l’occasione ci siamo andati.
Tutto quello di buono si prospettava e’ stato confermato.
Materie prime di assoluta qualità , antipasto con tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali , primi di una freschezza incredibile.
Lista vini con vini del territorio ( e non solo) da scoprire.
