I have been frequenting the Lido for many years and have always been satisfied. It's a must in Alghero. Restaurant on the beach, nice place, wide choice of dishes and white and red wines, good quality. But this year I noticed the total disorganization of the reception. It's not clear if you can book a table, sometimes they say yes, other times no, then when you arrive they send you to the bar to wait 30 minutes and consume, they call you to the table 5 minutes later... nonsense. The seafood risotto I get every year was less good this year.

Delicious pizza and excellent risotto. The waiters were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. An unbeatable location right next to the beach with great views. Highly recommended if you're visiting Alghero.

Pizza by the meter, excellent for large gatherings. With 1 meter, you can choose from 4 flavors—perfect! Unfortunately, the dough isn't the best. Very thin and tasteless.

Ristorante Lido in Alghero was a pleasant surprise. Despite not having a reservation, the wait for a table was minimal, thanks to efficient organization even during the busiest times. The restaurant serves pizza exclusively by the meter, ideal for sharing, but also offers a wide selection of well-cooked and carefully presented meat and seafood dishes. A perfect choice for both those seeking a quick meal and those seeking a more complete restaurant experience. The service, although a bit distracted at times, was efficient and friendly. The staff was generally helpful and attentive. The bill was average for the area and consistent with the quality offered. Overall, a recommended restaurant for a casual dinner with a sea view and local flavors.

Great atmosphere, many Italians so you know the place is good. You absolutely have to get the pizza its amazing and for a 1.5m pizza plus drinks it was less than 80eur so very well priced for the area

Top food but above all the service!

I'm sitting with my colleague, so happy and liberated, the sun is shining – it's vacation time! "Let's go eat!" she calls, I nod clearly, Pizza in Bella Italia – how wonderful! The waiter came by and said something in Italian, unfortunately we didn't understand. We just nod blindly, he takes off – like the wind. He disappears like a ninja – without any questions, we look at each other: "What should we say?" Then my colleague comes, seemingly stressed, in her hand: the Coke – we hope for the best. But whoosh! She stumbles, my glass goes "splat!" The Coke on me – a real mess! She looks at it briefly, then walks away, bringing nothing new – what a mess! Crispy crust and the cheese so fine, you really can't be mad at fate anymore. We laugh, we smack our lips, despite the cola storm – vacation remains vacation – sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter!
