Near the castle of Issogne we had lunch in this restaurant which pleasantly surprised us Sober environment, very professional and friendly staff The dishes took us on a journey into the most authentic Aosta Valley traditions Congratulations indeed for the splendid setting and the wonderful gastronomic experience

Excellent service. Definitely good quality/price. The only flaw was that the tasting menu was a little too unbalanced on carbohydrates. We would not have served a second course together with the polenta after having served two first courses. I was sorry to only give 4 stars but...

Excellent address! This family restaurant offers very high quality. The cuisine is refined but with simplicity, each dish is a treat, prepared with care and with the best products. The service is very attentive and very friendly. I warmly recommend it is surely one of the must-see addresses in the region! We had a great evening and came back as a family!

A surprise that is definitely not identifiable except through the guides who report it. If you have a moment of time and want to break up a journey, the stop is quick when leaving the motorway. Good dishes, welcoming service. Good meat, first courses too.

Perfect tasting menu. Absolute kindness and care of the staff. An absolute my favorite restaurant in the Aosta Valley. I think I went back at least 6 times.

30/05/2025: Sara always welcomes us warmly in her beautiful restaurant, new and cared for in every detail. The menu is rich and varied, with a wide choice of dishes that enhance the typical products of the area. When you come to Chamois, a must-see is definitely CHEZ PIERINA. Reservations are recommended to guarantee a place in this corner of taste and tradition!

12/05/2025: After crossing the Quacella amphitheater we arrived at Piano Battaglia, we found the restaurant still open and we met Carmelo and Carmela. Two people who love and respect the mountains like few others, a very pleasant chat, an excellent beer and the altruism that only genuine mountain people can give you. Highly recommended!
12/05/2025: Truly a magical place, made so both by the wonderful landscape of Piano Battaglia, and by the staff and above all thanks to Carmela and Carmelo, the owners. Really kind and helpful people. What great chats! I really recommend using the refuge in both winter and summer!
