An elegant and understated restaurant, welcoming and warm. The staff are courteous, professional, and attentive: the atmosphere is one of peace and serenity. The cuisine is exciting, with intense, clean flavors and simple, impeccable preparation. The apple meringue pie is a dream and a treat. Generous wine list. Thank you, once again, for the divine experience.

Found this place by chance. The reviews speak for themselves: excellent cuisine, truly top-notch service, and fairly reasonable prices. The menu is truly excellent, and the desserts are truly delicious. Highly recommended.

I ate at this restaurant with some friends a few days ago and we were truly amazed not only by the quality of the food but also by the exceptional service! It was unlike any restaurant I've ever been to, even the high-end ones. 5 stars. ⭐️

As a native of the Aosta Valley, I enjoyed the Aosta Valley tasting menu...you see...excellent, well-balanced. I hadn't been back for years, and I was wrong! It won't be long now. An excellent introduction to the Aosta Valley!

The waiters are young, professional, and excellent. They manage the dining room themselves, and I wish them all the best. We ate very well, and spent a fair amount. If you're in the area, come and eat here, trust me ;) The menu is good, not too many dishes, a sign of quality. Not to mention the endless wine cellar. Well done, and thank you ❤️🤙🏾

Like every year during the punctual truffle season, a few friends and I never miss the big event: the trifolata bianca (white truffle stew). Our go-to restaurant is always Maniero di Issogne, as in my opinion it's one of the few places that has always stood out for its sourcing of white truffle dishes. The welcome is always top-notch; as soon as we're seated, we're elegantly served a delicious prosecco, recommended by the house, which always helps guests choose the menu. On this particular occasion, we had a baked vegetable strudel as an appetizer. This elegant vegetable strudel is accompanied by a melted cheese sauce and sweetened with beetroot "marmalade." The marriage of these ingredients is simply perfect, making it a perfect seasonal dish that helps the diner perfect their experience. My companion, however, had a simple vegetable dish (I think zucchini), also smothered in a melted cheese sauce. An absolutely commendable dish, rich in flavor yet not particularly heavy. Finally, we move on to the central "corpus" of the dinner, the immortal truffle dish: tagliolini with Alba truffle. This dish is a true delight, starting with the fresh house tagliolini, prepared with hay, placed on the plate in their butter-based sauce. The aroma of truffle is overwhelming everywhere; the table is completely surrounded by the fragrance emanating from the dishes, and these details reveal the high quality of the white truffle. Next, we had a hand-chopped beef tartare, another dish that perfectly fits the truffle vocabulary. The simplicity and authenticity of the meat, paired with the same truffle, makes it a truly divine dish. The truffle here helps enhance the flavors of the dish, enhancing the aromas of the fibers. To conclude the grand dinner, one of the signature dishes of the Maniero restaurant couldn't be missed: the house zabaglione with a touch of chocolate. This dish fully reflects the tradition that desserts demand; the quality of the eggs is always superb, and the preparation is always the product of great skill. Essentially, it's always a celebration. The dinner was accompanied by a good vintage Ferrari, the bottle of wine doing its part in guiding us through our truffle-based experience. A refreshing glass of water was a welcome addition. It all ends with a good coffee. We'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: Stayed as a group for a retreat. Stunning location with a view, especially from the glass-enclosed dining room. Large and comfortable rooms. The food was truly delicious. The desserts and cream show was unforgettable. The service was professional yet very friendly. An experience definitely worth repeating!
09/12/2025: I spent a night at this Alpine relais and rest stop, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, expertly managed with passion. The property is beautifully nestled in the mountain village, tastefully renovated with fine architectural features. There's a relaxation area with a sauna and Turkish bath. The dinner was excellent and varied, featuring traditional dishes. Thank you for the early breakfast on the holiday Monday.

04/03/2026: What a hidden gem. Fantastic venue, beautiful food and a really attentive staff. Shout out to Roland our waiter who went well above and beyond when our hotel shuttle broke down and Roland drove us back to our hotel with a smile on his face. HIGHLY Recommend !!! Try the House special soup ... divine .....
