Perfect tasting menu. Absolute kindness and care of the staff. An absolute my favorite restaurant in the Aosta Valley. I think I went back at least 6 times.

A surprising discovery. Very nice place and really professional and attentive staff, without making you feel uncomfortable. I don't leave reviews often but these guys and gals really deserve praise. I hope to return one day. Excellent value for money, in fact I would pay a little more without any problems.

Marvelous! Excellent food and lovely staff. Absolutely try the hot meringue. Never seen like this, an invention of the chef. Open to visits with dogs

A wonderful surprise from 2025. Today after visiting the beautiful Issogne Castle we had lunch in this small and charming restaurant. The owner is very scrupulous and is also the chef. Generous portions... very generous, well-finished and typical food, not the classic frozen food, but fresh food, try it to believe it. Simply thank you, we will return because it deserves it, don't hesitate, book Castello and lunch, they both deserve it! Verrès exit, the restaurant is very close to the Castle. Thanks see you soon.

27/01/2025: I went to this restaurant a few days ago with my friends and I can only leave a super positive comment. The food is simply excellent: every course, from starter to dessert, was a real delight! The environment is perfect, welcoming and warm, with a wonderful mountain style. The staff is not only extremely professional, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back!

04/02/2025: Chamois is a little gem, reachable by cable car from Buisson (5.5 euros) and therefore there are no cars 🤗. We were there at the end of January and it was all covered in snow: a spectacle for the soul and the heart. The houses and cabins all set up with flower holders make it seem equally beautiful and welcoming in summer. Chez Pierina is certainly the most famous restaurant in Chamois; we went there and it was an experience worth repeating. Mountain environment, warm and welcoming; friendly staff with great customer care; very good dishes (the stews are amazing), really generous portions (a bread soup is enough for two), substantial and made with a high level of quality. Nice choice of wines, local and otherwise. Excellent quality/price ratio Well deserved fame Highly recommended
