Questo albergo-ristorante prende il nome da Giovanni Stedile, abitante di Posina combattente per la libertà, al fianco di Garibaldi, il quale aprì l'osteria nel 1890, ancora oggi a conduzione famigliare.Questo luogo è migliorato via via grazie alle opere degli eredi che ripropongono anche piatti rielaborati in chiave moderna pur integrando la tradizione.Il personale molto ospitale segue i clienti in modo impeccabile con puntualità e piatti caserecci e saporiti.Molti i primi piatti, i taglieri di prodotti locali ma soprattutto gnocchi a farla da principe, fatti a mano con le patate di Posina e mani sapienti.
This hotel is a great base for exploring the 52 tunnels of Pasubio and surrounding area - excellent suggestions for day trips from our host. We stayed 5 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent service from the friendly staff, spotless rooms with updated bathrooms (best showers) and balcony views made it so good. The restaurant - wow. We ate better breakfast and dinner (half board) here than anywhere else during our holiday in Italy. We will be back.

The owner told us they wanted to become a bike hotel. He actually had rear bike racks for parking and good equipment like service racks in the bike garage.
The rooms were also nice; the bathrooms looked like new. Very friendly people 💁♂️

We cycled past, and the food (gnocchi with seven sauces) arrived very quickly and was excellent!
The service was also very friendly and attentive!
You really have to take a break here!
And it was cheap, too!

Just returned from a long weekend spent in this hotel, perfect as a starting point for doing the Strada delle 52 Gallerie and other really beautiful excursions.
It is a family-run establishment, truly managed with passion. The rooms are new, renovated and very spacious.
We had the opportunity to try different dishes for dinner and everything was very good, especially the gnocchi, which are a local specialty.
The real jewel in the crown of this establishment are the owners, truly patient, helpful and ready to satisfy every request.
Absolutely recommended :)

Pasqua 2025
Oggi abbiamo festeggiato la Pasqua pranzando in questo ristorante e siamo stati veramente bene . Un ringraziamento particolare per averci preparato il tavolo nella terrazzina evitando così di far fare gli scalini alla mamma che è molto anziana e quindi con qualche difficoltà .
Il pranzo è stato molto ben preparato con portate particolari e ricercate , tutto molto buono , non saprei dare un ordine di preferenza dagli antipasti al dolce.
Personale molto gentile e professionale .
Ci eravamo già stati con amici e sempre trovati bene , oggi direi top 🔝!!!
