Let's start by saying that both the tartare and the rib steak were truly excellent. Now let's consider the rest. The fact that they don't have beer, not even bottled, is a legitimate choice, but, as it was for me, it can be a bit disconcerting. When I ordered, I asked for a bottle of red wine, but it didn't come with the tartare. When they took the dish away, I didn't have time to ask, and only when the rib steak arrived did I mention it (I would have liked to sip wine throughout the meal, not just at the end). When I got the bill, I found it high (higher than I expected). In the car, I checked the receipt again and found the tartare had been priced at €75 instead of €18. I must emphasize that they promptly and apologetically refunded me the difference. In conclusion, the food is excellent, but given the level and price range they're aiming for, two setbacks are unacceptable.

Very nice place with the possibility of eating outside. Kind and courteous staff. Soufflé with Montasio and smoked ricotta really well done and very good, tomato jelly with mozzarella, good and refreshing. Super cold cuts. Very good meat and perfectly cooked! Excellent quality/price! Service a little slow but worth the wait. I will definitely be back!
