In an enchanting location, which pulsates with a thousand-year history, we enjoyed delicious pizzas that I would define as artistic...True frescoes of flavours, masterfully intertwined by the inimitable brushstrokes of the chef, who seems to have stolen the secret of a dough with such a sublime fragrance directly from the gods.
Equally impeccable was the service, characterized by the competence, courtesy and friendliness of the dining room staff.
The conclusion of the dinner continued to surprise us, with a very pleasant chat with the chef. We thus had the opportunity to discover that his remarkable skill and professionalism blends wonderfully, like the ingredients of his delicious dishes, with a profound and singular human sensitivity.
All this made this unforgettable dinner, enjoyed in excellent company, a more unique than rare experience... Truly the heartfelt compliments!! Absolutely worth returning... and not just once.

We ate what the menu suggested and the owner's advice.
What can I say! Everything was excellent and the dishes were excellent, the chef joined us at the table to make sure that everything was to our liking! Hospitality, availability and kindness made us feel at ease, very nice place, very clean bathrooms, which is no small thing!!!!

The real protagonist is the pizza, a masterpiece of taste and lightness, thanks to the talent of the award-winning chef Donato who manages to transform simple ingredients into authentic works of art.
The dough is soft and fragrant, with perfect leavening, while the choice of raw materials is of the highest quality. Every bite tells of the chef's passion and dedication. The staff in the person of Michele is courteous, attentive and ready to satisfy every request.
A unique gastronomic experience, which elevates pizza to starred levels. Highly recommended, a mandatory stop for lovers of real Italian pizza!

Ottimo cibo, di altissima qualità sia in termini di materia prima che di preparazione. Abbiamo preso le montanarine fritte, la torre di melanzane, mozzarella e basilico di pesto, una pizza meravigliosa con patate e pancetta, e un grigliata mista di carne. Tutto squisito. Il dessert non ci ha entusiasmato, ma chiudiamo un occhio (pare che i dolci fatti da loro non fossero temporanea disponibili). Proprietario gentile, così come la cameriera, sorridente e disponibile. Location unica, ma rifarei completamente l'arredo. Quel palazzo merita un allestimento all'altezza. Buona fortuna e grazie per la splendida cena.
