This was my second visit to this place. The boiled meat was good, served directly from the trolley with seven different sauces and some truly tasty mashed potatoes. I asked if they had tortellini in broth as a first course, thinking it was a given, but they didn't—a real shame.
My cousin had a plate of gnocchi with raw butter. Two things to consider: the first was that they were ravioli della Val Variata, and the second was that there was a truly paltry amount of butter. We asked the waitress for a little more butter, and she did. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'd definitely go back if I understood.

I went with a couple of friends last Saturday. Personally, I, and the people I was with, will definitely not repeat the experience. Drawn by all the hype, we traveled from Monferrato to try this restaurant, but we didn't find anything particularly exceptional enough to return. The meat was absolutely average, not even particularly tender or tasty. The cuts of boiled meat, which are usually much larger, were minimal.
Not to mention the sauces, which were so sparse we barely managed to taste them, and in my opinion, none of them were pre-packaged by the restaurant, but rather those from supermarket jars. The restaurant's own branded wine was mediocre, and the first bottle tasted corked. I personally wouldn't recommend it to a friend, not because the dishes were bad, but because they were absolutely anonymous.

The place is overly crowded, all it needs is hanging tables from the ceiling. I'd been a guest on other occasions with pleasure, but after this disastrous experience...
The ravioli served were less pleasant than what you'd expect from a company canteen; the boiled meats were small, greasy, and badly cut. For dessert, I chose Bonet, which was served something completely unremarkable and inedible. I pointed this out at the cashier... Response...

My partner was born on a missile base in the Baltic Sea... She doesn't know how to build missiles... The owner's response was interesting. I don't often eat in company canteens. The plates came back far from empty, and the Bonet was inedible and, in fact, not eaten. That said, if the gentleman remembers the high quality his restaurant used to provide, he shouldn't be surprised by the above. Discourtesy

A typical Piedmontese trattoria where you can enjoy excellent boiled meat.
I chose the menu: excellent value, well-balanced portions (not oversized, but just right), authentic and carefully prepared flavors.
I'll definitely be back!

We ate normal, good, the only flaw was the service, I think they forgot about our table and the one next to us because we waited 1 hour for the first after having asked them, otherwise normal.
