We were hesitant due to the distance from the center of Livata, but we were surprisingly impressed by the richness and deliciousness of the dishes. The flavors and aromas of the Lazio mountains are reminiscent of our grandparents' cuisine. The mutton and wild boar were delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. 👍🏻😋🏔️🐗🐑

Here, we don't eat: we celebrate the cuisine. Pappardelle with textbook white wild boar ragù, flavorful, balanced, embracing you like a Sunday spent well. Tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms: fragrant, intense, the real deal, no shortcuts. Mixed roast with chicken, pork, and sausage: juicy, cooked to perfection, pure tradition that doesn't ask for permission. And then the wild boar morsels in sauce... tender, deep, sincere. Here, they know how to handle wild boar, end of story. Wine? White and red: both perfect, they accompany but don't disturb. As it always should be. But the real added value is the service: the young woman who looked after us was kind, attentive, smiling, professional without being cold. She makes you feel at home, and that's something you can't improvise. Atmosphere, food, people: everything aligned. A restaurant that respects tradition and carries it into the future without distorting it. If you pass through Subiaco and don't stop here, you're making a questionable choice. I'll be back. A cozy nest near Monte Livata. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Excellent local cuisine and generous portions. It felt like home. Recommended.

Found via The Fork, with very good reviews that I don't think are true. Adequate appetizer, decent first courses, homemade pasta but a bit bland sauce, while the second courses were excellent. Negative note: the wine shouldn't be brought to the table already opened.

We visited this restaurant and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was impeccable: the young man who looked after us was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, with attention to detail and excellent quality. A place that combines friendliness and excellent flavors: RECOMMENDED!
