Rispetto al passato le proposte si sono raffinate ed evolute verso una cucina si attenta al territorio ma anche alla creatività. I piatti assaggiati erano tutti buoni e curati. Really lovely location in the most picturesque square of Calice. Interesting menu with refined dishes, top quality raw materials (we ate some superb prawns). All good, desserts not exceptional. punctual and kind service. Prices a little high for the type of place.

Local ingredients, attention to raw materials, balanced preparations and combinations, expertly balanced flavours, feminine sensitivity. In general, the dinner gave us a very harmonious and delicate journey. Good wine list and impeccable table service. We chose the 5-course tasting menu where a sort of common thread linked the dishes: seasonal ingredients such as trumpet courgettes, basil oil, confit tomato sauce were the basis for the theme in which the protagonists of the dishes were grafted . The welcome entrées (fried ravioli and stuffed courgette flower), the raw pink prawns with celery, blueberry and yogurt, the aubergines with goat toma and figs, the cake with bay leaf cream, are very interesting. All very good and the rest expertly cooked. I would perhaps have expected a path with a greater variety of taste and fun for the palate, more courageous impulses and prominent notes and instead I found an underlying harmony that perhaps was repeated a little too much the same, not giving me new flavors or flashes capable of surprising me. Some flavors struggled a bit to emerge and stand out. I am curious to return at another time of the year to explore other ingredients and other combinations linked to seasonality. The quality - price ratio was good: for the 5-course tasting menu and a bottle of orange white the total cost was €150.
