We came in here on a whim after seeing great reviews and although we had dinner fairly early, the place was already filling up! We had one of the best dining experiences here out of all of the dinners on our trip! Our waiter Alex was very helpful when it came to recommendations, gluten free dishes, wine, etc. The food was amazing and very authentic Roman style. Alex and the food truly made us want to keep coming back!

I guess I had high expectations. The first clam I ate was fishy. The others were okay, but I actually think the one I made tastes better. I am also uploading a photo of the Vongola that I made.

Wonderful end to my Rome trip. Short walk from Spanish Steps. Lovely patio with awning (which came in handy when it rained), fresh high-quality real Italian food (best Caprese salad I had in Rome by far, and I had many), very friendly service, pleasing selection of music. And their English is excellent compared to most! Great place to record my thoughts and travel notes over a couple glasses of wine.

The restaurant environment is warm and comfortable, and the waiter's attitude is quite good. We ordered lobster pasta, bacon and egg yolk pasta, seafood pasta, and truffle pasta. Every dish was delicious and the price was reasonable. This dining experience was not bad, and AI 34 is a restaurant I would like to visit again. 😊

Dopo svariati anni sono tornato in questo locale. Decisamente carino e nel cuore del centro storico ma ormai dedicato esclusivamente ai turisti. Eppure è un peccato perché i alcuni piatti non sembravano davvero male (compresa la mia pasta) ma per il resto una gestione dedicata agli stranieri.
Prezzi alti coerenti con i ristoranti della zona. Servizio da rivedere ……………

We visit this restaurant every time we visit Rome, usually multiple times every trip! It’s always wonderful! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We love 34! We will be back again! Our favorite is the classic lasagna!
