Great atmosphere, quality food and delicious house wines. Saltimbocca roman style with mashed potatoes and Maccaroncelli "Positano" with tomato, eggplants and provola cheese. Special thanks to waiter service.

I had this place on my list for so long😅 and it didn’t disappoint. The ravioli was the best and during my stay it was truffle season so i had to try one and it took me to space🚀💗 loved the atmosphere of the place. Crowded most of the day better to reserve in advance

Wir sind auf Empfehlung von einem Freund hier gelandet und es war ein wahrer Glückstreffer. Das Essen war grandios. Jedes Gericht war ein Gedicht auf dem Teller. Am liebsten hätten wir uns durch die ganze Karte probiert. Leider waren wir irgendwann mal satt und sehr glücklich und befriedigt. Unser Kellner war herausragend zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider habe ich mir den Namen nicht gemerkt. Eins steht fest. Wenn wir das nächste mal in Rom sind, werden wir wieder hier einkehren und genießen. Danke für diese gelungene Kulinarik auf dem Teller

30/08/2025: Walking into a trattoria and being greeted with a smile is priceless. This welcome is reflected in the food. The service is exceptional, and the portions are generous and flavorful. The prices are truly reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

Hostaria dai Ghiottoni is a true Roman trattoria: a simple and authentic atmosphere, generous portions, and truly excellent dishes, prepared with quality ingredients. The desserts are also absolutely worth it, highly recommended! Well done guys, keep up the good work—I'll definitely be back! 🍝🍷
