Ristorante AL 20 In Biella

I've been twice in the evening and had a pretty good time. Our most recent lunch experience was: Shrimp, ricotta, and lime risotto (with a couple of lime sprinkles on top as a garnish) didn't wow us, but it was just about adequate... As for the Fassona steaks, however, they were a total disappointment. They arrived barely warm (a hot dish... as it should be... would have saved the situation a bit). There were some nerves/cartilage, a sign that the meat... not much... had been prepared with a somewhat rough cut. The service was friendly and quick. (I should note that the room was almost empty, so there was no difficulty in serving well-cooked dishes.) The atmosphere is a bit classic but well-kept (the plastic chairs without cushions are a bit out of place). In short, I wouldn't go back!!!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service. Refined and unique dishes. It was a dinner where taste was paramount. If you love the art of cooking, you can definitely experience it here. I really like this restaurant because, in addition to the attention to customer service, they take care of every detail. They also have a vast selection of wines. Highly recommended, one of the best restaurants in Biella.

Excellent quality....the price is a little high but worth it for a special occasion.

It's an excellent restaurant. The place has a very welcoming decor, preserving some of the original brickwork from the old building where it's located, but with more modern and elegant touches. The food is simply spectacular. The pizza, pasta, and meat dishes we ordered were all perfectly portioned—not too large, but made with high-quality ingredients. The service was very attentive and friendly throughout. A top restaurant in Biella!

The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and friendly, with staff always present but never intrusive. We felt welcomed and pampered throughout the dinner. The cuisine was a true experience: high-quality ingredients, enhanced by well-conceived dishes, balanced in flavor, and carefully presented. From appetizer to dessert, every course confirmed the passion and expertise that permeates this restaurant. The prices are absolutely average, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the level of service provided. Excellent value.
