Amazing place with perfect services and people

This summer, in July, we spent some peaceful days at Mas dei Chini! Our rooms, spacious, bright, and equipped with every comfort, overlooked the agriturismo's vineyard. Breakfast was rich and varied, with both exquisite sweet and savory options, including locally sourced cheeses and cured meats. Special attention was also paid to those with food intolerances. The property also offers on-site dining, immersed in a beautiful atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. The menu offers truly interesting options, featuring local products, elegantly presented, and offering excellent Trento DOC wines. The staff is always friendly and professional, ready to satisfy guests' requests. My personal thanks go to Elena for her prompt and helpful service. Best regards from Sicily!

I discovered it by chance while browsing for places open for lunch, while my family was traveling to Trento from Lombardy for private reasons. From the moment we made our reservation by phone, Elena greeted us with warmth and great courtesy. The right touch, which I love in those who welcome me "at home." Upon arrival, although the photos of those who reviewed Mas dei Chini before us were explicit about its aesthetic quality, we were greeted by a magnificent, ancient Trentino farmhouse, tastefully renovated, very easy to reach from the city center, with ample parking. Among the various hospitality and wine shops is the building with the restaurant. It is beautiful, rustic and modern, immaculately clean, bright, and wonderfully positioned with windows overlooking the surrounding mountains. Unable to afford a full menu due to busy schedules that day, the four of us ordered two house platters of cured meats and cheeses; two bigoli with venison and cocoa ragù, and two Trentino canederlotti. The platters are splendid, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. Sharing them two by two was helpful: they're generous and arranged so as to be shared very evenly. These are important details, often overlooked in kitchens, that leave you fighting over the last odd morsel. The first courses are literally amazing: the bigoli are generous, flavorful, and very authentic, softened by the aromatic note of cocoa. The canederlotti, given their name, are smaller than the standard ones, but they are soft clouds of savory flavor, truly delicious and not at all "overwhelming." All washed down with an excellent house-label Theodor, made from Manzoni grapes. A fair price for the overall quality, which made for a quick but wonderful Sunday lunch. We took advantage of the opportunity to order a mixed case of Gewürztraminer and Theodor. To be repeated!!!

23 hours ago on Google We stayed at the Mas dei Chini in Trento for 5 days in September. The room with a balcony was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a view of Monte Bondone. The breakfast was plentiful with regional products. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

From the exterior to the interior decorations, everything was done with great attention to detail. The wine is excellent, perfect for pairing with the exquisite food served. The menu offers a variety of tasty and beautifully presented dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who took care of every detail to ensure a unique and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good wine and quality food. An experience not to be missed!

Lovely, cozy rooms. When it's a bit warmer outside, the room gets warm quickly. Then you have to choose between an open window with the noise from the main road, or sleeping with the air conditioning on. The staff is very friendly and genuine. We had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also good. We were just passing through and stayed here for one night. A great experience!

We've often used the restaurant's cellar for a quick aperitif. They serve excellent wines from their own production, and the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The wines are always accompanied by a small platter of local products. We recently had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed. Let's start with the location...even though it's close to a main road, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu, while not offering a wide selection, allows everyone to find their perfect dish. The dishes are excellent; we tried the venison carpaccio and the gnocchi and were pleasantly impressed. Another highlight is the desserts! The semifreddo with peach and lavender ice cream was a real hit with us. I would therefore recommend this place for a simple aperitif or dinner. We will definitely be back.

Very nice location and beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. Only a pity that it has no swimming pool but for the rest top stay!
