Paola was a fantastic host. She's super nice, not at all pushy. But if you ask her, she'll happily tell you about all the local partners. The room was a dream. The bathroom was very modern, but the room still had an old-world charm. Dinner and breakfast were prepared with so much love. Everything was locally sourced. The pool was wonderful – with a view of the magnificent castle. Paola and her husband are truly lovely people, and you should definitely visit them. A tip: a wine tasting at Maranzana. It was wonderful and very close.

Great, very stylish accommodation in an old castle. Delicious food. The hostess, Paola, was super nice and told us a lot about the surrounding area and the origins of the food. Highly recommended. Oh, and in good weather, you can see all the way to the Alps.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. The estate is beautiful and lovingly cared for—truly delightful! Paola is extremely hospitable and makes sure nothing is missing. Enchanting Agriturismo in Monferrato. Four of us stayed (2 adults and 2 children). It was amazing to sleep in a castle, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, featuring local products. We also had the option of half-board: dinner was excellent. The lady who runs the Agriturismo is very kind and friendly. The swimming pool surrounded by greenery is also worth a visit. Recommended for families!

This is a truly unique experience different from your every day hotel experience. You get to live inside an old castle that holds just three rooms serviced by lovely Paola. That being said expectations need to be aligned — bring snacks etc before you arrive, this place is in the middle of nowhere :-) We had the pool for ourselves and went for a beautiful walk around the win yards in the afternoon finished at the winery for some tastings and great wine to take home.
