I must say that it is the restaurant where I found myself pampered, satisfied and satisfied in every aspect relating to catering. Incredible raw materials, prepared with a rare and skilful hand, unreal room service in how courteous and professional it is but above all aimed at customer satisfaction without too much fuss. I provoked them at the end of the perfect dinner by asking to put them in crisis for a moment but without telling me anything it arrived and it was fantastic. It's been years since I found a place so perfect in every aspect. Congratulations to everyone and see you next time.

Excellent restaurant that lives up to its reputation. Excellent food served with great professionalism and kindness. Wide range of wines to pair with the chosen food. I recommend the steak which is usually special!

Wir sind spontan hier eingekehrt - leider war alles reserviert und wir hätten wieder gehen sollen. Man hat uns dann doch noch einen Tisch angeboten mit der Ansage "wenn wir in einer Stunde durch sind". Es gab dann nur eine kleine Karte und das einzige Ziel des Service war es dann uns ganz schnell wieder loszuwerden - immerhin gab es (wegen unserer angefressenen Laune) einen Nachtisch auf's Haus...

Their English is a bit of a problem, but they try their best, the food is great, but the prices are quite high for this part of the city. I recommend anyone who wants to eat well to stop by and get their own opinion.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante su consiglio della struttura dove stiamo soggiornando. Il locale è elegante e ricercato. Il personale, gentilissimo, ci ha accolto nonostante l'ora tarda. Il menù è molto interessante, con tante proposte. Noi abbiamo preso soltanto dei primi piatti ma erano tutti buonissimi e cucinati alla perfezione. I prezzi, rispetto alla qualità dei prodotti sono assolutamente ottimi. Lo consigliamo!

09/02/2025: 21 of us had lunch at Bule for an important birthday and I must say that Daniele and Sara with their staff are always a guarantee! Nice welcome, excellent quality food, plentiful and well presented, impeccable service, more than reasonable price.
05/02/2025: Da Bule is a typical Tuscan trattoria nestled in the hills not far from Florence, excellent food and very reasonable prices (a quantity of peposo worthy of attempted murder but that's how we like it) first-rate local cured meats and cheeses, very high quality meat, the only sore point perhaps is the desserts but you don't go to Tuscany to eat notoriously sweets, highly recommended, hurry up before it is completely invaded by Americans, already the other evening there was a family next to our table!

16/02/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday. The Fiorentina was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection and with a flavor that left you speechless. The desserts were also delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The prices are fair for the quality they offer, an excellent quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it to those looking for an authentic and quality gastronomic experience!
11/02/2025: We visited for a dinner and enjoyed a fine atmosphere with good wine and an incredible steak. No wonder this place has been getting Michelin honours for three consecutive years, provided the excellent service, the enriched menu and the venue's elegant atmosphere. Well done to the L'Ortone team and management.
