My wife and I had a romantic lunch at this restaurant, which we visit every now and then. It's a very modern location with super-efficient waiters who are always attentive to the customer's needs. The owner, Leonardo, is always ready to offer information and recommendations for both food and drink, being a wine expert. The food was divine, as always. An appetizer with Tuscan prosciutto and an unforgettable, incredibly tender Florentine steak, a plate of cannellini beans, a bottle of excellent Sangiovese, and cantuccini limoncello, all offered, offering excellent value for money. This place is a sure thing. I highly recommend it. Excellent! We'll definitely be back.

De todas las grandes experiencias en restaurantes que tuvimos durante nuestras vacaciones de 15 días, esta podría ser mi favorita. También aprecié mucho cómo han preservado la historia del lugar: la muralla de visitantes anteriores le dio un toque tan personal. ¿Y la amatriciana? ¡Posiblemente la mejor comida que he tenido en años!

Un sentito plauso allo staff di questo ristorante, che frequento sin da bambino. Con discrezione, cura e costanza, sanno offrire una cucina di qualità eccellente, semplice e profondamente legata alla tradizione. Ogni piatto è un gesto di familiarità, mai forzato, mai sopra le righe. Raramente mi è capitato di gustare un pranzo tanto piacevole, culminato in una cheesecake davvero memorabile. Per chi ancora non lo conoscesse, consiglio due capisaldi del menu: la bistecca alla brace e le penne strascicate, due piatti che raccontano tutto quello che c’è da sapere su questo posto. Il costo, per un pasto completo, si aggira intorno agli 80 euro. Un’esperienza che vale ogni centesimo. P.S.
