All in all we had a very good dinner, except the tiramisu, which was unfortunately basically tasteless. The sausage, cheese and polenta was great adn the casunziei were good (more sweet than expected, more dessert like). The mini breads/buns were very good.

I ate there twice, and every dish was delicious, perfectly suited to Asian palates. The waiters, who spoke a little Chinese and Taiwanese, were very friendly and understanding of the Taiwanese tradition of sharing food and drinking hot tea, proactively asking questions. Because it's so popular, arriving early meant you didn't have to wait.

02/09/2025: We had an amazing stay at Eirl Dolomites Retreat Sappada! 🌿 The location is perfect for hiking, with many trails nearby and a convenient shuttle to the center of Sappada. The breakfast was exceptional — fresh, local, and homemade, with plenty of options. The chalets are cozy, beautifully designed, and built with natural materials, giving a warm alpine feel. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for nature, relaxation, and great food!

20/09/2025: Hidden gem just off the main street in Cortina. We ejnoyed two of the best glasses of wine we've ever had. The service was absolutely fantastic and our server walked us through several different wines and cheese. 10/10 would recommend!
13/09/2025: Great find hidden just off the main Cortina strip. Amazing wine selection, superior service and delicious food featuring 10+ cicchetti and a wide range of local charcuterie and cheeses. We were the only non-locals but the server tested is like we were locals.
