The seafood tasting menu is excellent, featuring the freshest ingredients. The dishes are meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. An excellent location, impeccable service, professional and courteous staff, and a top-notch menu worthy of a Michelin star. We can only offer our warmest compliments. The quality-price ratio is excellent, placing it among the most competitive among Michelin-starred restaurants in the area. We opted for two separate menus, one fish-based and the other meat-based. The attached photos are a testament to our experience.

2nd time we have stayed at the hotel, went to 21.9 restaurant last night and it was absolutely amazing! The food was stunning and Flávio is actually cooking it ! Rare these days. A fantastic way to spend a birthday weekend, as the hotel also arranged truffle hunting ( we found 4 truffles- one was white !) and then wine tasting all within the hotel.

I often eat here, and every time it's an experience. I've been following Flavio since he was in Savona. And even though I now have to travel a bit to visit him, I have to say that given the dream location, he made a truly perfect choice. They also organize weddings and events, overseen by the brilliant Monica, who will ensure nothing is left to chance. I speak from experience, because in early September 2025, after making my partner fall in love with this magical place, we got married here. It was a dream party; my best man must have told me at least 10 times, "Congratulations, because in my opinion and everyone else's opinion, it was a sensational wedding." And indeed, he wasn't the only one to offer such compliments; in fact, there were quite a few. But the most important thing is that both my wife and I are thrilled with that magical day, and we will never stop thanking Flavio and Monica, first and foremost, but also their wonderful staff who made it all possible.

We got married here, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The setting is enchanting, meticulously maintained, and refined. Beauty, hospitality, and passion reign supreme. The cuisine is top-notch, with Michelin-starred dishes that speak for themselves: from the exquisite aperitif to the tastefully selected wines, to the four courses served at the table, which were simply sublime. We received enthusiastic compliments from all our guests. But what truly made everything perfect was Monica: a constant presence, discreet, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided us with care and dedication from the very first meeting, offering precious advice and a rare availability. We always felt at home, welcomed as people, not as clients. Never, not even for a moment, did we sense that annoying, self-serving attitude that unfortunately often comes across when the word "wedding" is mentioned. At Tenuta Carretta, everything was transparent, sincere, and cared for with the heart. We would marry them 100 times over, and with them.
