Very good restaurant, the menu is very original and of good quality, the 2 waiters are very friendly and very professional, thank you to them. Good surprise this restaurant.

A very good restaurant adjoining the Callistos Hotel & Spa in Tricase, Puglia. This restaurant allows hotel guests to dine in a lounge setting with remarkable service. The dishes are refined and generous. You won't be disappointed by the variety of dishes offered. The wine list is also extensive.

Bellissimo lo stile e gli arredi. Piatti che rispecchiano la tradizione rivisitati in maniera perfetta. Ottima la disponibilità e la preparazione dei dipendenti. Un po caro, ma alla fine ne è valsa la pena.

Noys y étions un soir pour dîner. Personnel très sympa, plats fins, excellent vin. C'est le resto de l'hôtel adjacent Callistos, qui est super.

11/07/2025: We discovered this restaurant on a special offer and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is just outside the city walls, making it less touristy. The service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. The food was made with top-quality ingredients. We ate: fava bean puree with chicory and fried cod, and Salento-style octopus, followed by tagliolini cacio e pepe with raw Gallipoli shrimp, and orecchiette with tomato and cacioricotta sauce. Everything was excellent. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.
08/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, or rather, by luck. The location is very charming, the service is attentive and professional, and the food is excellent. The seafood risotto is delicious, as is the octopus and tuna tartare, all very well prepared. Recommended for lovers of good, refined cuisine. Good value for money.

04/06/2025: A small bar with little more than a counter inside, but with a nice outdoor terrace in a pedestrian plaza. They have a modest menu with a few starters, fried foods, and paninis. The sandwiches are very tasty, with good, fresh, and locally sourced seafood, well paired with vegetables and sauces. The octopus panino with burrata on black bread and the beef burger with cheese were delicious. They have craft beers. The service was good; they were friendly and very attentive at all times, although somewhat slow. A small place, ideal for a good meal or simply for a leisurely aperitif or cocktail in a very pleasant atmosphere. An unpretentious place with good value for money.
11/03/2025: Burrata and octopus sandwich - absolutely class, although the tomato and pickled onion salad may have been even better.
