A top hotel for Biella. Magnificent welcome, attentive staff. Excellent lunch. Free underground parking for our motorcycles. Just missing a restaurant like before Covid but they can't do anything about that. I recommend if you are on a motorcycle trip. Unbeatable price quality with air conditioning.

We booked a double room with separate beds. As this was not available we were given a second room free of charge. The breakfast was all freshly made (yet rather for someone with a sweet tooth - mainly muffins, croissants, cakes etc). Wide variety of fresly made coffees. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Excellent rich and quality breakfast accompanied by excellent service and courtesy; convenient parking space and ideal location for accessing the main activities of the city. The staff very courteous and helpful.

I ended up at the Michelangelo Hotel because I had a heated discussion with the rude owner of the Agata Hotel (recommended by friends but which I absolutely and categorically advise against; they are called a hotel but they have absolutely nothing about the hotel: they don't even have air conditioning in the rooms and they offer fans :-))) and then, I repeat, the owner is sour, opinionated and rude); If I had known, I would have booked directly at Michelangelo; availability, kindness, courtesy of the owner and all the staff, excellent rooms equipped with every comfort, a super breakfast; If the agate is classified as 4 stars, the Michelangelo deserves 5 with L and S (luxury and superior). I used the term luxury but the price is very affordable, it is the treatment that is luxury. Convenient to the centre, reachable on foot, even at the car park (not for a fee) right in front there is always space, at the shops and at the train and bus station (200 meters away). What can I say: super and mega recommended! Thanks for everything and for the treatment to the owner (a job he does with true passion) and to all the staff. TOP!

Excellent hotel in a central location in Biella, everything within walking distance. The breakfast is absolutely worth it, plentiful and with very fresh products.

Highly recommended hotel: a stone's throw from the center and with a convenient car park, in the adjacent Piazza Adua. Courteous, smiling and helpful staff. Cozy room, with super-equipped bathroom. Breakfast full of delicacies, in a bright and welcoming room. I would say, absolutely, ideal for finishing a hard day at work.
