Even if you're staying for just one night, breakfast is included, with a variety of food and drinks served by the staff. The location is very convenient for getting around the station, while the city center is a bit of a walk (about 15 minutes). However, it's a truly splendid and quiet hotel, with high-tech amenities! Recommended!

Very well-kept and clean structure, large rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent quality of breakfast, free public parking with numerous parking spaces, but above all very kind and helpful staff: EXCELLENT!

Excellent hotel, worthy of its 4-star rating. Cleanliness and accommodations were excellent. The welcome and kindness were excellent. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet treats, but the savory portion was lacking. Excellent, however.

Perfect location, just steps from the station. Clean and spacious room, well-stocked with everything you need, including a shaving and sewing kit. It's a shame the walls aren't very thick, as you could hear everything in the other room, and there's no outlet near the bed. Excellent service and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, with delicious croissants, and it was fantastic to have Igino Massari's maritozzi.

Very centrally located in Biella. Comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast with Iginio Massari's pastries makes the experience even more enjoyable. If not for a stay...or even just for a "special" breakfast!

I stayed at the Michelangelo Hotel for a short break in Biella and can highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The parking is public but very convenient (in front of the hotel).

09/11/2025: A very beautiful and well-maintained restaurant, with a lovely terrace where we ate. Excellent food, an ideal place for those wanting to try typical Piedmontese dishes. We recommend the mixed appetizers (see photo). The waiters were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling; it was a real pleasure! The only downside is that the menu is listed directly at your table, which can be a bit confusing given the large number of first and second courses. Furthermore, this way, you don't know the actual price of the dishes.
28/10/2025: My boyfriend and I, returning from Slovenia, stopped at this fantastic Osteria, starting with the very helpful owner, excellent food, what can I say, top notch
