Sichuan reconciled me with Chinese cuisine. My comment is: superfine!
Lots of well-defined flavors, tasty and inviting. Worth mentioning are the grilled aubergines and exceptional vegetable ravioli. Special mention for the fried tofu. To return to try the other specialties. Very happy to have found so many vegetarian and vegan choices. The dishes, in addition to being good, are a riot of color, truly inviting.
Fast service and friendly waitresses. Honest prices.
The small outdoor space is pleasant, allowing you to dine at sunset with the classic Roman colors.

Miss Chinese food so much after 3 weeks in Italy. The food here is very nice. I ordered the eggplant and egg tomato soup. The eggplant was handled so well and the texture was equally good as those in top notch restaurants in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The soup portion is also good compared to many other Chinese restaurants. Only thing is that the boss woman was not very nice. Price is very reasonable.

Exclusively traditional Chinese cuisine, particular in taste and variety. Very small environment with the possibility of eating outside. Very kind and helpful. Good prices...with the exception of the wine

I ate it twice a year ago and I still think about it now😭😭
As a tourist in Vancouver, Canada, there are Chinese restaurants everywhere, but I don’t think they can compare to Chuanjiang Haozi. . . Now when traveling in France, I have eaten at two Chinese restaurants, but neither of them felt as big of an impact as the one here.
I saw on xhs that some Chinese people said that the food here is particularly bad... I really can’t understand it...
I went to look through the photos, the noodles were just average, boiled fish, preserved egg tofu and boiled beef were amazing! The dry-pot cauliflower was also good, but I ate two of the others and generally didn’t have much of an impression.

Basically everything is delicious, I recommend the mapo tofu (the bibimbap is delicious) and the cucumber salad with sesame oil is very fragrant.
Lightning protection pickled fish. The fish has no taste at all and there is very little fish.
